تصور مقترح من منظور خدمة الجماعة لتفعيل دور أندية المسنيين لتحقيق أهدافها

الملخص باللغة العربية:
المسنون ثروة بشرية تحتاج لمن يرعاها ويساعدها على مواجهة مشكلاتها وإشباع احتياجاتها المختلفة، وهذه الرعاية لا تقتصر على دور الأسرة فقط بل تلحق بها أندية المسنين، وبالرغم من أن هذه الأندية بها مختلف الخدمات والأنشطة الصحية والاجتماعية والثقافية والترويحية التى تقدم للمسنين ولكنها غير فعالة لا تحقق الجودة فى تقديمها للخدمات، وبالتالى تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التوصل لتصور مقترح من منظور خدمة الجماعة لتفعيل دور أندية المسنين لتحقيق أهدافها . وذلك من خلال تحديد الإمكانيات ( المادية - المالية - البشرية) لأندية المسنين لتحقيق أهدافها، والدراسة تعتبر من نمط الدراسات الوصفية ، واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعى، وتم جمع البيانات المطلوبة بواسطة استمارة استبيان تم تطبيقها على عينه عمدية حجمها ٧٥ من المسنين المترددين على نادى المسنين بأبوكبير شرقية. وفى ضوء ذلك توصلت الدراسة لتصور مقترح يعين أندية المسنين على أداء رسالتها .

The elderly are human wealth That needs someone to Take care of it and help it face its problems and satisfy its various needs, and This care is not limited to The role of The family only, but it is also included in clubs for the elderly, and although these clubs have various services and health, social, cultural and recreational activities that are provided to the elderly, but they are ineffective and do not achieve quality in providing services.
There fore, The current study aims to reach aproposed vision from the perspective of group work to activate The role of clubs for the The elderly to achieve its goals. This is done by identifying the capabilities (material, financial, and human) for the elderly clubs to achieve their goals.   The study is considered adescriptive type of studies, the study relied on the social survey method, The required data were collected through aqestionnaire from that was applied to anonrandom sample of 75 elderly People visiting the Abukabir Elderty club in EL-Sharkia. In light of this, the study came up with a proposed vision that helps the elderly clubs to carry out their mission.
