معوقات التحول الرقمي بمراكز الشباب من منظور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية

الملخص العربي للبحث :
لقد شهد العالم تطورات سريعة وغير مسبوقة في الآونة الأخيرة في كافة مناحي الحياة ، فالتحول الرقمي أصبح ذات تأثير كبير على كافة جوانب العمل بالمؤسسات الاجتماعية ، وفي الآونة الأخيرة نظرًا لوباء كورونا(COVID-19) فقد جعل ذلك الحاجة إلى تطوير أنظمة مؤسسات الخدمات الاجتماعية الرقمية في غاية الأهمية لأن العصر الرقمي هو الحل الأمثل للتغلب على هذه الأزمة ، لذلك أستهدفت الدراسة الحالية تحديد معوقات التحول الرقمي بمراكز الشباب من منظور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية. وتنتمي الدراسة إلي الدراسات الوصفية ، تستخدم منهج المسح الإجتماعي بأسلوب الحصر الشامل للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين وفريق  فريق العمل بمراكز شباب منطقة  المعادي وقوامها (79) مفردة بحثية ، عن طريق أستمارة إستبيان حول " معوقات التحول الرقمي بمراكز الشباب من منظور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية "، وجاءت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك معوقات بدرجة مرتفعة راجعة إلي (الشباب كنسق مستهدف ، الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين وفريق العمل كنسق مهني ، نسق المؤسسة ونسق المجتمع )، ومن ثم توصلت الدراسة إلي تصور مقترح لتفعيل التحول الرقمي بمراكز الشباب من منظور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية.

Abstract:
              The world has witnessed rapid and unprecedented developments recently in all aspects of life. Digital transformation has become a major influence on all aspects of work in social institutions. Recently, due to the Corona pandemic (COVID-19), this has made it necessary to develop the systems of digital social work institutions. It is extremely important because the digital age is the ideal solution to overcome this crisis, so the current study aimed to identify the obstacles to digital transformation in youth centers from the perspective of general social work practice. The study belongs to descriptive studies, using a social survey approach in the style of a comprehensive inventory of social workers and the work team at the youth centers in the Maadi area. It consists of (79) research items, through a questionnaire form on “Obstacles to digital transformation in youth centers from the perspective of general practice of social work.” The results were The study revealed that there are obstacles to a high degree due to (youth as a target format, social workers and the work team as a professional format, the institution format and the community format), and then the study arrived at a proposed vision for activating digital transformation in youth centers from the perspective of general social work practice.
