المشاركة المجتمعية لمراكز الشباب كمدخل لتنمية وعي الشباب بمخاطر الهجرة غير الشرعية

ملخص البحث :
يهدف البحث الحالي  تحديد مستوي المشاركة المجتمعية لمراكز الشباب في تنمية وعي الشباب بمخاطر الهجرة غير الشرعية من خلال مجموعة من الأهداف الأساسية التي تمثلت في تحديد مستوي المشاركة المجتمعية لمراكز الشباب في تنمية وعي الشباب بمخاطر الهجرة غير الشرعية ، وتحديد ابعاد تنمية وعي الشباب ، ثم تحديد الصعوبات التي تحول دون مشاركة مراكز الشباب في تنمية وعي الشباب بمخاطر الهجرة غير الشرعية ، وتحديد المقترحات اللازمة لتفعيل ذلك، وتم تطبيق الدراسة علي عينة من الشباب بمراكز الشباب بمحافظة اسوان وعددهم (140) مفردة ، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الي أن المتوسط العام للمشاركة المجتمعية لمركز الشباب في تنمية وعي الشباب بمخاطر الهجرة غير الشرعية بلغ (2.45) وهو مستوى مرتفع، كما اثبتت الدراسة أن مستوى أبعاد تنمية وعي الشباب بمخاطر الهجرة غير الشرعية ككل مرتفع حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (2.67)، وأكدت الدراسة أن المتوسط العام للمشاركة المجتمعية لمركز الشباب في تنمية وعي الشباب بمخاطر الهجرة غير الشرعية بلغ (2.45) وهو مستوى مرتفع. مما يوضح أهمية المشاركة المجتمعية لمراكز الشباب في خلق الوعي لدي الشباب بمخاطر الهجرة غير المشروعة من خلال البرامج التدريبية ، وتزويدهم بالمعارف والخبرات والمهارات التي يحتاجها سوق العمل ، وتنمية التفكير الإبداعي لديهم واكسابهم مهارات ريادة الاعمال، كما توصلت الدراسة الي وجود بعض الصعوبات التي تواجه مراكز الشباب منها عدم وعي الشباب بأهمية البرامج التي تنظمها مراكز الشباب.

Aabstract:
The current research aims to determine the extent of community participation of youth centers in developing youth awareness of the dangers of illegal immigration through a set of basic objectives, which were to determine the level of community participation of youth centers in developing youth awareness of the dangers of illegal immigration, and to determine the dimensions of developing youth awareness through some indicators., then identifying the difficulties that prevent youth centers from participating. In developing youth awareness of the dangers of illegal immigration, and identifying the necessary proposals to activate this, the study was applied to a sample of young people in youth centers in Aswan Governorate, numbering (140) individuals. The results of the study found that the general average of the youth center’s community participation in developing youth awareness of the dangers of illegal immigration reached (2.45), which is a high level. The study also proved that the level of the dimensions of developing youth awareness of the dangers of illegal immigration is high, as the arithmetic average reached (2.67), The study confirmed that the overall average of the youth center’s community participation in developing youth awareness of the dangers of illegal immigration reached (2.45), which is a high level. Which demonstrates the importance of youth centers’ community participation in creating awareness among young people of the dangers of illegal immigration through training programs, providing them with the knowledge, experience, and skills needed by the labor market, developing their creative thinking and providing them with entrepreneurship skills. The study also found that there are some difficulties facing youth centers. Among them is the lack of awareness among young people of the importance of the programs organized by youth centers.
