   ملخص : استهدفت الدراسة الحالية اختبار فعالية برنامج تدريبي للخدمة الاجتماعية في إكساب طالبات مدارس التعليم والتدريب المزدوج مهارات ريادة الأعمال الخضراء،وفي ضوء ذلك تم اختيار عينة بحث تكونت من (15 مفردة) من طالبات المدرسة الفنية الثانوية للتعليم والتدريب المزدوج. إدارة غرب الفيوم التعليمية وطبق عليهن مقياس مهارات ريادة الأعمال الخضراء قبل تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي.، وبعد الانتهاء من تنفيذ أنشطة البرنامج التدريبي تم إجراء قياس بعدي لقياس فعالية البرنامج التدريبي ، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى صحة الفرض الرئيس وهو "وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطي درجات الطالبات عينة الدراسة في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي على مقياس"مهارات ريادة الأعمال الخضراء" لصالح التطبيق البعدي.

A training program in social work to provide female dual education and training students with green entrepreneurship skills.
  Abstract:  The current study aimed to test the effectiveness of a social service training program in providing female students of dual education and training schools with green entrepreneurship skills. In light of this, a research sample was selected consisting of (15 individuals) female students of the secondary technical school for dual education and training. (Mubarak Cole). West Fayoum Educational Administration and applied the Green Entrepreneurship Skills Scale to them before implementing the training program. After completing the implementation of the training program activities, a post-measurement was conducted to measure the effectiveness of the training program.
      The results of the study concluded that the main hypothesis was correct, which is “the presence of statistically significant differences between the average grades of the female students.” The study sample in the pre- and post-application on the “Green Entrepreneurship Skills” scale in favor of the post-application.
