ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية كأحد آليات مواجهة مشكلة بطالة خريجي الجامعات في مصر

-  ملخص :
    هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد دور ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية كأحد آليات مواجهة بطالة خريجي الجامعات في مصر من خلال: اكساب خريجي الجامعات مهارات سوق العمل ، توفير فرص العمل ، التدريب ، نشر ثقافة العمل الحر ، كذلك تحديد معوقات ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية في مواجهة بطالة خريجي الجامعات ، تحديد مقترحات تفعيل دور ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية في مواجهة بطالة خريجي الجامعات ، وقد أعتمد على استمارة استبانة ، قام باعدادها الباحث من خلال الاطلاع على الدراسات السابقة، واستشارة ذوي الخبرة ، وتتكون الأداة من (48) عبارة إضافة للبيانات الأولية ، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها ، وقد طبقت ميدانيًا على عينة بلغت (81) مفردة من شباب الخريجين المترددين والمسجلين بمركز الخريجين بجامعة الفيوم ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج وهي: أن دور ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية كأحد آليات مواجهة بطالة خريجي الجامعات في مصر ، تمثل في إكسابهم مهارات سوق العمل خاصة القدرة على حل المشكلات المختلفة بطريقة مبتكرة، وتوفير فرص العمل من خلال وجود مبادرات شبابية لايجاد فرص عمل جديدة لشباب الخريجين، وتدريببهم من خلال توافر منصات إلكترونية لتدريب رواد الأعمال من الخريجين، ونشر ثقافة العمل الحر من خلال الاستفادة من خدمات أكاديمية البحث العلمي والتكنولوجيا في تنمية ثقافة العمل الحر والابتكار، وتوصلت الدراسة لأهم معوقات ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية في مواجهة بطالة خريجي الجامعات وهي قلة عدد المؤسسات الداعمة لمشروعات الخريجين ، أما أهم مقترحات تفعيل دور ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية في مواجهة بطالة خريجي الجامعات كانت ربط مشروعات التخرج بمشروعات ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية بالكليات.

Abstract :
The study aimed to determine the role of social entrepreneurship as one of the mechanisms to confront unemployment of universities graduates  through: Providing universities graduates in Egypt with labor market skills, Providing job opportunities, Training, Spreading the culture of self-employment, Also identifying the obstacles to social entrepreneurship in confronting the unemployment of universities graduates, Identifying proposals to activate the role of social entrepreneurship in confronting unemployment among universities graduates, , it relied on a questionnaire form, It was prepared by the researcher by reviewing previous studies and consulting experienced people , The tool consists of (48) statements in addition to the primary data, Its validity and reliability were confirmed, It was applied in the field to a sample of (81) individuals from young undecided graduates registered at the Graduates Center at Fayoum University, The study reached several results: The role of social entrepreneurship as one of the mechanisms to confront unemployment of universities graduates in Egypt , It represents providing them with labor market skills, especially the ability to solve various problems in an innovative way, Providing job opportunities through the presence of youth initiatives to find new job opportunities for young graduates, And train them through the availability of electronic platforms to train graduate entrepreneurs, And spreading the culture of self-employment by benefiting from the services of the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology in developing the culture of self-employment and innovation, The study found the most important obstacles to social entrepreneurship in confronting the unemployment of universities graduates, which is the small number of institutions that support graduates’ projects, The most important proposals for activating the role of social entrepreneurship in confronting the unemployment of universities graduates  were linking graduation projects to social entrepreneurship projects in colleges.
