واقع تطبيق قائدات المدارس الثانوية بمدينة الرياض لأبعاد الإدارة بالأهداف

المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة تطبيق قائدات المدارس الثانوية بمدينة الرياض لأبعاد الإدارة بالأهداف، كما هدفت الكشف عن معوقات تطبيق قائدات المدارس الثانوية بمدينة الرياض لأبعاد الإدارة بالأهداف وسبل التغلب على تلك المعوقات، اعْتُمِد المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وقد اعتمدت الباحثة على (الاستبانة) أداة للدراسة؛ والتي طُبّقت على عينة بلغ عددها (1499) معلمة، من بين النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن أفراد الدراسة موافقات بدرجة كبيرة جداً على أبعاد محور درجة تطبيق قائدات المدارس الثانوية بمدينة الرياض لأبعاد الإدارة بالأهداف"، وتبيّن أن بعد " التغذية الراجعة" بالمرتبة الاولى، بينما بعد " الاتصال الفعال " بالمرتبة الرابعة والأخيرة، أيضاً أن إجابات أفراد الدراسة على عبارات محور المعوقات التي تحد من تطبيق قائدات المدارس الثانوية بمدينة الرياض لأبعاد الإدارة بالأهداف جاءت بدرجة موافقة (كبيرة جداً)، كما أن معلمات المرحلة الثانوية موافقات بدرجة كبيرة على سبل التغلب على المعوقات التي تحد من تطبيق قائدات المدارس الثانوية بمدينة الرياض لأبعاد الإدارة بالأهداف، وأبرزها اهتمام قائدة المدرسة بمشاركة المعلمات في وضع الأهداف التي تسهم في تطوير العمل بالمدرسة.

Abstract: The study aimed to identify the degree of application of the leaders of secondary schools in Riyadh to the dimensions of administration with goals, as well as to reveal the obstacles of applying the leaders of secondary schools in Riyadh to the dimensions of management with goals and ways to overcome these obstacles, the survey descriptive approach was adopted, and the researcher adopted a (questionnaire) tool for the study ; Which was applied to a sample of (1499) female teachers, Among the results of the study are that the study members agree to a very large degree on the dimensions of the degree axis of the application of female leaders in the secondary schools in Riyadh to the dimensions of management with goals, and it was found that after "feedback" at the first rank, while after "effective communication" at the fourth and last rank, also The answers of the study members to the statements of the axis of obstacles that limit the application of leaders of secondary schools in Riyadh to the dimensions of administration with the goals came with a degree of approval (very large), and the parameters of the secondary stage agree to a large extent on the ways to overcome the obstacles that limit the application of leaders Secondary schools in Riyadh are concerned with the dimensions of management with goals, most notably the school leader’s interest in the participation of female teachers in setting goals that contribute to the development of school work.
