ملخص
احتياجات المسنين فى ضوء المتغيرات التكنولوجية وبرنامج مقترح من منظور الممارسة العامة للتعامل معها.
هدفت الدراسة إلي :

تحديد احتياجات المسنين فى ضوء المتغيرات التكنولوجية.
تحديد المعوقات التى تحول دون إشباع المسنين إلى لاحتياجاتهم فى ضوء المتغيرات التكنولوجية.
وضع برنامج مقترح من منظور الممارسة العامة للتعامل مع احتياجات المسنين في ضوء المتغيرات التكنولوجية.

وكانت تساؤلات الدراسة كالتالي:

ما احتياجات المسنين فى ضوء المتغيرات التكنولوجية ؟
ما المعوقات التى تحول دون إشباع المسنين إلى لاحتياجاتهم فى ضوء المتغيرات التكنولوجية ؟
ما البرنامج المقترح من منظور الممارسة العامة للتعامل مع احتياجات المسنين فى ضوء المتغيرات التكنولوجية ؟

و تعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية، وهى لا تقف عند حد جمع البيانات، وإنما تصف هذه البيانات، وتفسرها، وتحللها, وتعتمد علي منهج المسح الاجتماعي بطريقة العينة العمدية.
تم تطبيق الدراسة بنوادي المسنين بمحافظة الشرقية، وبلغ عددهن (293) مفردة، ثم قامت الباحثة بأخذ الموافقة المستنيرة على المشاركة في البحث، وتم تطبيق الدراسة  في الفترة من 6/8/2023  وحتى 31/ 8 / 2023, وقد توصلت الدراسة إلي النتائج التالية:
أجابت الدراسة الميدانية على التساؤلات التى صاغتها الباحثة فى الدراسة الحالية؛ وذلك فيما يلى:

وجاءت النتائج المرتبطة بهذا التساؤل كالتالى : 

الاحتياجات الاجتماعية للمسنين بلغت الدرجة النسبية لقياس هذا المؤشر 79% .
الاحتياجات الاقتصادية للمسنين بلغت الدرجة النسبية لقياس هذا المؤشر 74% .
الاحتياجات الصحية للمسنين بلغت الدرجة النسبية لقياس هذا المؤشر 76% .

الاجابة علي التساؤل الرئيسى الثانى وهو :
ما المعوقات التى تحول دون اشباع المسنين لاحتياجاتهم فى ضوء المتغيرات التكنولوجية ؟
وجاءت النتائج المرتبطة بهذا التساؤل كالتالى : 

المعوقات الاجتماعية للمسنين بلغت الدرجة النسبية لقياس هذا المؤشر 78%.
المعوقات الاقتصادية للمسنين بلغت الدرجة النسبية لقياس هذا المؤشر 75%.
المعوقات الصحية للمسنين بلغت الدرجة النسبية لقياس هذا المؤشر 71%.

الاجابة على التساؤل الرئيسى الثالث كالتالى :

Elderly Needs in Light of Technological Changes and a Proposed Program from the Perspective of Public Practice to address these needs.
The study aimed to :

Identify the needs of the elderly in light of technological changes.
Identify obstacles preventing the elderly from satisfying their needs in light of technological changes.
Develop a proposed program from the perspective of public practice to address the needs of the elderly in light of technological changes.

Study Questions:

What are the needs of the elderly in light of technological changes?
What obstacles hinder the satisfaction of the elderly's needs in light of technological changes?
What is the proposed program from the perspective of public practice to address the needs of the elderly in light of technological changes?

This study is considered a descriptive study, and it does not stop at the point of collecting data, but rather classifies, interprets, and analyzes this data, and relies on the social survey approach using a purposive sampling method.
The study was conducted with elderly club in Sharkia Governorate, totaling 293 individuals. Informed consent was obtained by researcher to participate in the research, and the study was conducted from 6,8, 2023, to 31,8, 2023. and the study reached the following results:
The field study answered the questions formulated by the researcher in the current study; This is as follows:
Answering the first main question:
First Main Question was: What are the needs of the elderly in light of technological changes?
Results related to this question:

Social needs of the elderly reached a relative score of 79%.
Economic needs of the elderly reached a relative score of 74%.
Health needs of the elderly reached a relative score of 76%.

Answer to the Second Main Question:
What obstacles prevent the satisfaction of the elderly's needs in light of technological changes
The results associated with this question are as follows:
- Social obstacles for the elderly reached a relative score of 78%.
- Economic obstacles for the elderly reached a relative score of 75%.
- Health-related obstacles for the elderly reached a relative score of 71%.
Answer to the Third Main Question:
Developing a proposed program from the perspective of public practice to address the needs of the elderly in light of technological changes.
