متطلبات تحقيق الحماية الاجتماعية للحد من عمالة الاطفال في المناطق العشوائية

ملخص البحث:
         
هدف البحث الي تحديد متطلبات تحقيق الحماية الاجتماعية للحد من عمالة الاطفال في المناطق العشوائية, حيث تمثل مشكلة عمالة الاطفال خطراً كبير علي المجتمع حيث ان الاطفال هم شباب الغد وعمالة الاطفال لها مخاطر كثيرة علي الطفل اذ يتعرض الطفل العامل للعديد من المشكلات الجسمية والنفسية والاجتماعية تظهر تلك المشكلات عند وصول الطفل لسن البلوغ والشباب. وبناءً علي ذلك تم تطبيق استمارة استبيان علي العاملين بالجمعيات الاهلية وكان عنوان الاستمارة " متطلبات تحقيق الحماية الاجتماعية للحد من عمالة الاطفال في المناطق العشوائية " المكونة من ثلاث أبعاد فرعية وهي: دور الجمعيات الاهلية في تنمية الوعي الفكري لدي الاسر الفقيرة بالمناطق العشوائية من اجل الحد من عمالة الاطفال.
–دور الجمعيات الاهلية في دعم الخدمات التعليمية للاطفال بالمناطق العشوائية من اجل الحد من عمالتهم –دور الجمعيات الاهلية في تحسين الوضع الاقتصادي للاسر الفقيرة بالمناطق العشوائية من اجل الحد من عمالتهم. وتلك الأبعاد مكونة من (22) عبارة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الكمي في تحليل وتفسير نتائج البحث , وتوصل البحث الي مجموعة من النتائج كان ابرزها وجود دور فعال للجمعيات الاهلية في توفير الحماية الاجتماعية للاطفال وذلك للحد من عمالتهم.

The aim of the research is to know the requirements for achieving social protection to reduce child labor in slum areas, as the problem of child labor represents a great danger to society, as children are the youth of tomorrow, and child labor has many risks for the child, as the working child is exposed to many physical, psychological and social problems that appear. Problems when the child reaches puberty and youth. Accordingly, a questionnaire form was applied to workers in civil society organizations, and the title of the form was “Requirements for achieving social protection to reduce child labor in slum areas.” It consists of three sub-dimensions: the role of civil society organizations in developing intellectual awareness among poor families in slum areas in order to reduce Child labor.
-The role of civil society organizations in supporting educational services for children in slum areas in order to reduce their employment. -The role of civil society organizations in improving the economic situation of poor families in slum areas in order to reduce their employment. These dimensions consist of (22) statements. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the quantitative and qualitative approach in analyzing and interpreting the research results. The research reached a set of results, the most prominent of which was the existence of an effective role for civil society organizations in providing social protection for children in order to reduce their employment.
