المستخلص:
          تعد مؤسسة الازهر الشريف هي منارة العلم في شتى بقاع الارض، بما تقدمه من خدمات مختلفة سواء كانت اجتماعية، او تعليمية، او اقتصادية، او علاجية......الخ.
           ويعتبر الطلاب الوافدين من ضمن اهتمامات الازهر الشريف، وهؤلاء الطلاب لهم احتياجاتهم ومشكلاتهم، ولابد من تلبية هذه الاحتياجات ومواجهة تلك المشكلات، وذلك عن طريق ما يقدم لهؤلاء الطلاب من خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية التي تساعدهم في تلبية احتياجاتهم وحل مشكلاهم، سواء كانت هذه الخدمات اجتماعية، أو اقتصادية، أو تعليمية، أو صحية........الخ، وهذا مما أدى إلى إلقاء الضوء على معوقات تقديم خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية للطلاب الوافدين، ومن هناء جاء دور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية كأحد الاتجاهات الحديثة في ممارسة الخدمة الاجتماعية لتحديد معوقات تقديم خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية للطلاب الوافدين سواء كانت هذه المعوقات ترجع الى نسق العميل (الطالب الوافد) أو نسق محدث التغيير (الاخصائي الاجتماعي)، نسق المؤسسة (الأزهر الشريف)، نسق المجتمع ، والتوصل إلى برنامج مقترح من منظور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية للتعامل مع تلك المعوقات على كافة انساق التعامل.

              Al-Azhar Foundation stands as a beacon of knowledge, offering diverse services—be they social, educational, economic, or medical ...etc..                            
             Among its priorities lie the welfare of incoming students who possess their own needs and challenges. Addressing these needs and tackling these challenges is essential, achieved through the provision of social care services aimed at assisting them in meeting their needs and resolving their issues, whether social, economic, educational, health-related, and more. This has shed light on the obstacles hindering the provision of social care services to incoming students. Consequently, the role of public practice in social work emerges as one of the modern approaches to identify these hindrances in providing social care services to incoming students, Whether these obstacles are due to the system of the client (the incoming student), the system of the initiator of change (the social worker), the system of the institution (Al-Azhar Al-Sharif), or the system of society, ultimately leading to the development of a proposed program from the perspective of public social work to address these obstacles across all facets of interaction.
