   هدفت الدراسة الحالية الي تحديد مستوي فاعلية برامج وخدمات وحدة التضامن الاجتماعي بجامعة الفيوم في تحقيق الحماية الاجتماعية للشباب الجامعي طبقا لأهدافها المحددة، حيث تنتمي هذه الدراسة الي نمط الدراسات التقويمية ، واعتمدت علي المنهج الوصفي باستخدام المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة للمستفيدين من البرامج والخدمات المقدمة من وحدة التضامن الاجتماعي بجامعة الفيوم ، وعددهم (350 مفردة عشوائية) حيث بلغ الاطار العام للمعاينة ( 4000) ، واعتمد الباحث في جمع البيانات علي استمارة قياس مطبقة علي الشباب الجامعي المستفيد من خدمات الوحدة بعنوان" فاعلية البرامج والخدمات المقدمة من وحدة التضامن الاجتماعي بجامعة الفيوم في تحقيق الحماية الاجتماعية للشباب الجامعي"  وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة الي ان برامج وخدمات المقدمة من وحدة التضامن الاجتماعي بجامعة تسهم بفاعلية في تحقيق الحماية الاجتماعية للشباب الجامعي المستفيد طبقا لأهدافها المحددة وهي ( الحماية التعلمية – الحماية والتمكين الاقتصادي – والحماية وبناء الشخصية ) .

Abstract
The current study aimed to determine the level of effectiveness of the programs and services of the Social Solidarity Unit at Fayoum University in achieving social protection for university youth according to its specific objectives, where this study belongs to the type of evaluation studies, and relied on the descriptive approach using the social survey by sample for the beneficiaries of the programs and services provided by the Social Solidarity Unit at Fayoum University, and their number (350 random individuals) where the general framework of the sample reached (4000), and the researcher relied on collecting data on a measurement form applied to university youth benefiting from the services of the unit entitled “The effectiveness of programs and services provided by the Social Solidarity Unit at Fayoum University in achieving social protection for university youth” and the results of the study revealed that programs and services provided by the Social Solidarity Unit at Fayoum University contribute effectively to achieving social protection for university youth beneficiaries according to its specific objectives, which are (educational protection - economic protection and empowerment - and protection and personality building).
