ملخص البحث :

          هدف البحث الي تحديد مستوى فعالية خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية بمبادرة حياة كريمة في تعزيز الحماية الاجتماعية للأسر الفقيرة الأولى بالرعاية , وتحديد مستوى ابعاد الحماية الاجتماعية للأسر الفقيرة الأولى بالرعاية , والتعرف علي الصعوبات التي تحد من فعالية خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية بمبادرة حياة كريمة في تعزيز الحماية الاجتماعية للأسر الفقيرة الأولى بالرعاية , ومن ثم التوصل للمقترحات التي تسهم في زياده فعالية خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية بمبادرة حياة كريمة في تعزيز الحماية الاجتماعية للأسر الفقيرة الأولى بالرعاية , وتعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات التقويمية , كما اعتمدت الباحثة علي منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة للأسر الفقيرة الأولى بالرعاية بمحافظة القاهره في نطاق تنفيذ برامج وانشطة وخدمات مبادرة حياة كريمة , وبتطبيق استبيان فعالية خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية بمبادرة حياة كريمة في تعزيز الحماية الاجتماعية للأسر الفقيرة الأولى بالرعاية , بينت نتائج البحث قبول الفرض الأول والذي مؤداه  المتوقع ان يكون مستوى فعالية خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية بمبادرة حياة كريمة في تعزيز الحماية الاجتماعية للأسر الفقيرة الأولى بالرعاية (مرتفع) . كذلك قبول الفرض الثاني للبحث والذي مؤداه المتوقع ان يكون مستوى ابعاد الحماية الاجتماعية للأسر الفقيرة الأولى بالرعاية (متوسط ) . كما تم قبول الفرض الثالث والمبين بوجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية حيث توجد علاقة طردية دالة احصائيا عند مستوى معنوية (0.05) بين فعالية خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية بمبادرة حياة كريمة وتعزيز الحماية الاجتماعية للأسر الفقيرة الأولى بالرعاية

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the level of effectiveness of social care services in the Decent Life Initiative in enhancing social protection for poor families in need of care, and to determine the level of dimensions of social protection for poor families in need of care, and to identify the difficulties that limit the effectiveness of social care services in the Decent Life Initiative in enhancing social protection. For the poor families who are the most cared for, and then come up with proposals that contribute to increasing the effectiveness of social care services through the Decent Life initiative in enhancing social protection for the poor families who are the most cared for. This study is one of the evaluative studies, and the researcher also relied on the sample social survey approach for the first poor families. In care in Cairo Governorate within the scope of implementing programs, activities and services of the Decent Life Initiative, and by applying the questionnaire on the effectiveness of social care services of the Decent Life Initiative in enhancing social protection for poor families in need of care, the results of the research showed the acceptance of the first hypothesis, the expected meaning of which is the level of effectiveness of social care services. With the Decent Life initiative to enhance social protection for poor families in need (high). Also accepting the second hypothesis of the research, which is expected to mean that the level of social protection dimensions for poor families in need of care will be (average). The third hypothesis was also accepted, which states that there is a statistically significant direct relationship. There is a statistically significant positive relationship at a significant level (0.05) between the effectiveness of social care services in the Decent Life initiative and enhancing social protection for poor families in need of care.
