فاعلية برامج الحماية الاجتماعية بدار فاقدي الرعاية لكبار السن (رجال بلا مأوى) من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع
الملخص:
استهدفت الدراسة الحالية تحديد مستوى فاعلية برامج الحماية الاجتماعية لفاقدي الرعاية كبار السن (رجال بلا مأوى) . توصلت نتائج الدراسة الى أن مستوى فاعلية برامج الحماية الاجتماعية ككل للمشردين (رجال بلا مأوى) كما يحدده المسئولين (مجلس الادارة والعاملين) متوسطة حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (2.17)، ومؤشرات ذلك وفقا لترتيب المتوسط الحسابي: برامج الحماية الصحية بمتوسط (2.63)، يليها برامج الحماية المجتمعية بمتوسط (2.43)،  يليها برامج الحماية التعليمية والترفيهية بمتوسط (1.83)، ثم برامج الحماية الاقتصادية بمتوسط (1.79). بينما مستوى فاعلية برامج الحماية الاجتماعية ككل للمشردين (رجال بلا مأوى) كما يحدده المستفيدين المشردين (رجال بلا مأوى) ضعيفة حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (1.54)، ومؤشرات ذلك وفقا لترتيب المتوسط الحسابي: برامج الحماية المجتمعية بمتوسط (1.74)، يليها برامج الحماية الصحية بمتوسط (1.62)،  يليها برامج الحماية التعليمية والترفيهية بمتوسط (1.45)،  ثم برامج الحماية الاقتصادية بمتوسط (1.36).

Effectiveness Of Social Protection Programs In A Home  For Elderly Deprived Of Care (Men Homeless) From The Perspective Of Community Organization
Abstract:
The current study aimed to determine the level of effectiveness of social protection programs for uncare homeless people (homeless men), identifying the obstacles that limit the effectiveness of care homes in achieving social protection for the homeless. The results of the study found that the level of effectiveness of social protection programs as a whole for the homeless men as a whole, as determined by officials (Board of Directors and employees), is moderate, with the arithmetic average reaching (2.17), and the indicators for this are according to the order of the arithmetic average: health protection programs with an average of (2.63), Followed by community protection programs with an average of (2.43), educational and recreational protection programs with an average of (1.83), then economic protection programs with an average of (1.79). While the level of effectiveness of social protection programs as a whole for the homeless men as determined by the beneficiaries of the homeless men is weak, as the arithmetic average reached (1.54), and the indicators for this are according to the order of the arithmetic average: community protection programs with an average of (1.74), followed by health protection programs, With an average of (1.62), followed by educational and recreational protection programs with an average of (1.45), then economic protection programs with an average of (1.36).
