Private associations in particular and civil society are one of the development sectors in Egypt and the world.
Therefore, their problems and needs must be studied, which increases its effectiveness at all levels
Civil associations deal with many welfare, service and development fields, as they can work in more than (17) activities as specified by Law 149 of 219. From this standpoint, the current research seeks to study the extent of the ability of civil associations, especially those that provide services, to implement mechanisms of competitiveness in Several levels (team work - planning - attracting new members - services - projects and the most important difficulties that hinder these mechanisms
Finally, the most important proposals that must be available to implement these mechanisms
