تصور مقترح من منظور تخطيطي لتنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة الرياض

ملخص الدراسة
هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح من منظور تخطيطي لتنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة الرياض، وذلك من خلال التعرف على واقع دور المدرسة في تنمية قيم المواطنة الصالحة لدى الطلاب في المرحلة الثانوية، وتحديد الأساليب والأنشطة المدرسية المستخدمة ، بالإضافة إلى تحديد التحديات التي تواجه المدرسة في إكساب الطلاب قيم المواطنة الصالحة.
وتعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية، واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة.
وتكون مجتمع الدراسة المدارس الحكومية بمدينة الرياض التابعة للإدارة العامة للتربية والتعليم بمنطقة الرياض وعددها ( 142) مدرسة، وتحددت عينة الدراسة في (324) معلماً فقط ممن يعملون في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمدينة الرياض في في الفصل الدراسي الثاني 2022.
وتحددت نتائج الدراسة المرتبطة بأدوار المدرسة في تنمية قسم المواطنة الصالحة لدي الطلاب في المرحلة الثانوية في اهتمام المدرسة باليوم الوطني، والحرص على إشراك الطلاب في المناسبات الوطنية.
أما عن الوسائل والأنشطة المدرسية فكانت الربط بين قيم المواطنة الصالحة المراد غرسها وواقع الحياة، بينما الصعوبات التي تواجه المدرسة في إكساب الطلاب قيم المواطنة الصالحة أبرزها كان أهمها ضعف المناهج في إبراز قيم المواطنة الصالحة والتأكيد عليها.
وأوصت الدراسة بالعمل على غرس قيم روح التعاون بين الطلاب، وتأصيل التربية الوطنية بالرجوع إلى مصادر التربية الإسلامية الرئيسية وهي القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية المطهرة لاشتقاق أساليب تنمية المواطنة الصالحة، وتشجيع الطلاب على تقدير الرأي الآخر , وتعريفه الطالب بدوره تجاه الوطن.
Absract
The study aimed to develop a proposed vision from a planning perspective for developing the values ​​of citizenship among secondary school students in the city of Riyadh, by identifying the reality of the school’s role in developing the values ​​of good citizenship among students in the secondary stage, identifying the school methods and activities used, in addition to identifying the challenges facing them. The school aims to provide students with the values ​​of good citizenship.
This study is considered a descriptive study, and the study relied on the sample social survey approach.
The study population was government schools in the city of Riyadh affiliated with the General Administration of Education in the Riyadh region, numbering (142) schools, and the study sample was limited to (324) teachers only who worked in government secondary schools in the city of Riyadh in In the second semester of 2022
The school’s interest in National Day, and its keenness to involve students in national events.
As for school methods and activities, they were linking the values ​​of good citizenship to be instilled with the reality of life, while the difficulties facing the school in imparting good citizenship values ​​to students were the most notable, the most important of which was the weakness of the curricula in highlighting and emphasizing the values ​​of good citizenship.
The study recommended working to instill the values ​​of the spirit of cooperation among students, and to consolidate national education by referring to the main sources of Islamic education, which are the Holy Qur’an and the purified Sunnah of the Prophet, to derive methods for developing good citizenship, encouraging students to appreciate the other opinion, and making the student aware of his role towards the homeland.
