التحديات التي تواجه شباب الجامعة في استخدام التطبيقات الرقمية لتحقيق جودة التعليم دراسة من منظور تنموي في خدمة الجماعة

 
تطبيق التحول الرقمي في المؤسسات التعليمية واستخدامه في التعليم أصبح ضرورة ملحة لا مناص منها تحتاج الي مواكبة الأجيال للتكنولوجيا الحديثة ومتطلبات العصر . كما ان التحول الرقمي في التعليم يشير الي استخدام التقنيات الحديثة والوسائل الرقمية لتحسين عملية التعلم وتوفير بيئة تعليمية متطورة ومبتكرة ، يشمل هذا التحول استخدام الأجهزة الذكية والتطبيقات التعليمية والمحتوي الرقمي التفاعلي والتعليم عن بعد وتقنيات الواقع الافتراضي والواقع المعزز الذي يهدف الي تعزيز مهارات التفكير النقدي والتحليلي لدي الطلاب وتمكينهم من التعلم بأساليب مبتكرة تجعل التعليم أكثر متعة وفاعلية . لذلك تهدف الدراسة الحالية الي تحديد التحديات التي تواجه شباب الجامعات في استخدام التطبيقات الرقمية لتحقيق جودة التعليم (دراسة من منظور تنموي في خدمة الجماعة) ويتم ذلك من خلال الاهداف الفرعية والتي تتمثل في الأتي :تحديد التطبيقات الرقمية التي تستخدم  لتحقيق جودة التعليم ، تحديد استراتيجيات التعليم والتعلم التي تعتمدعلي استخدام التطبيقات الرقمية ، تحديد المراكز والوحدات التي تشجع علي استخدام التطبيقات الرقمية لتحقيق جودة التعليم ،تحديد التحديات التي تواجه شباب الجامعات في استخدام التطبيقات الرقمية لتحقيق جودة التعليم ،  تحديد أوجه استفادة الشباب من التطبيقات الرقمية لتحقيق جودة التعليم.  التوصل الي تصور مقترح لتفعيل استخدام التطبيقات الرقمية لتحقيق جودة التعليم وقد تنتمي هذه الدراسة الي الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، كما اعتمدت علي منهج المسح الأجتماعي بطريقة العينة حيث تم تطبيق استمارة استبيان  من إعداد الباحثة حيث بلغ عدد العينة (53) مفردة من طلاب المعهد العالي للخدمة الأجتماعية ببورسعيد .

Abstract:
Applying digital transformation in educational institutions and using it in education has become an urgent and inevitable necessity that requires generations to keep pace with modern technology and the requirements of the times. Digital transformation in education refers to the use of modern technologies and digital means to improve the learning process and provide an advanced and innovative educational environment. This transformation includes the use of smart devices, educational applications, interactive digital content, distance education, virtual reality technologies, and augmented reality, which aims to enhance my critical and analytical thinking skills. Students and enabling them to learn in innovative ways that make education more enjoyable and effective. Therefore, the current study aims to identify the challenges facing university youth in using digital applications to achieve quality education (a study from a development perspective in thegroup work). This is done through the sub-objectives, which are as follows: identifying digital applications that are used to achieve quality education, identifying education strategies. And learning that depends on the use of digital applications, identifying centers and units that encourage the use of digital applications to achieve quality education, identifying the challenges facing university youth in using digital applications to achieve quality education, identifying ways in which young people can benefit from digital applications to achieve quality education. Reaching a proposed vision for activating the use of digital applications to achieve quality education. This study may belong to the analytical descriptive studies. It also relied on the social survey approach using the sample method, where a questionnaire form prepared by the researcher was applied, as the sample number reached (53) individuals from students of the Higher Institute of Social Service.
