برنامج مقترح لتفعيل دور الرائدات الاجتماعيات في تنمية وعي المرأة في المناطق العشوائية بريادة الأعمال.

المستخلص:
تأتي هذه الدراسة استجابة لكون ريادة الأعمال أحد المداخل المهمة التي تستخدم كمحفز لتحقيق عدد من أهداف التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، هذا بالإضافة الى ان التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية الشاملة لابد وأن تشمل كل فئات المجتمع ومنها المرأة، وتعد تنمية المرأة من أهم المجالات التنموية التي تهتم بها الدولة، كما أنها إذا تم الاهتمام بتنميتها من الممكن ان تساهم بدور أكبر في جميع نواحي الحياة، وعلى الرغم من ذلك فإن المرأة مازالت تعاني من الكثير من المشكلات وخاصة في المناطق العشوائية منها الفقر وانخفاض المستوى التعليمي والمستوى الاقتصادي وتدني مستوى الوعي الثقافي الذي يؤثر عليها وعلى مجتمعها سلبا، وهنا يأتي دور الرائدات الاجتماعيات في تنمية وعي المرأة في المناطق العشوائية بريادة الأعمال كأحد القيادات الطبيعية في المجتمع والتي تبنتها وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي إيمانـاُ منهـا بإعـداد قيـادات تعمـل فـي المجتمـع كما تسـاعد علـى تحقيــق العديــد مــن الأهداف التنمويــة التــي تساهم في تقــدم المجتمــع وتحقيــق خطــط التنمية، لذلك هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى تحديد واقع مهارة ومعرفة الرائدة الاجتماعية بكيفية تنمية وعي المرأة بالمناطق العشوائية بريادة الأعمال وكذلك تحديد المعوقات التي تواجهها، ومقترحاتها لتفعيل دورها، وواقع معرفة المرأة بالمناطق العشوائية بريادة الأعمال، ومن ثم التوصل إلى برنامج مقترح لتفعيل دور الرائدات الاجتماعيات في تنمية وعي المرأة بالمناطق العشوائية بريادة الأعمال.

Abstract:
This study comes in response to the fact that entrepreneurship is one of the important entry points that is used as a catalyst to achieve a number of economic and social development goals, in addition to that comprehensive social and economic development must include all segments of society, including women, and women's development is one of the most important developmental areas that the state cares about, Also, if attention is paid to their development, they can contribute to a greater role in all aspects of life. Despite this, women still suffer from many problems, especially in slums, including poverty, low educational level, economic level, and low level of cultural awareness that affects them and their society negatively. And here comes the role of social pioneers in developing women’s awareness of entrepreneurship in slum areas as one of the natural leaders in society, which was adopted by the Ministry of Social Solidarity out of its belief in preparing leaders who work in society and help achieve many development goals that contribute to the progress of society and the realization of development plans. The aim of the current research is to determine the reality of the skill and knowledge of the social leader in how to develop women's awareness of entrepreneurship in slum areas, as well as identifying the obstacles they face, and their proposals to activate their role, and the reality of women's knowledge of entrepreneurship in slum areas, and then to reach a proposed program to activate the role of social leaders in developing women's awareness Entrepreneurship in slums..
