البرامج الجماعية ودووها في الحد من العوامل الاجتماعية المؤدية الى سلوك الفتيات المتشبهات بالرجال "البويات"

 
ملخص البحث :
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد العوامل المؤدية الى المظاهر السلوكية للفتيات المتشبهات بالرجال
وانبثق عنه مجموعة من الأهداف الفرعية  وتعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية باستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي بنوعيه الشامل لأعضاء هيئة التدريس تخصص خدمة الجماعة  والبالغ عددهم ( 15)، وبالعينة لعدد من طالبات الفرقة الرابعة كلية الخدمة الاجتماعية جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن  وقد بلغ عددهن ( 165) طالبة وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود عدد من العوامل المؤدية إلى المظاهر السلوكية للفتيات المتشبهات بالرجال؛ بعضها يرتبط بالفتاة نفسها ، وبعضها يرتبط الأسرة، والبعض الآخر يرتبط بالزملاء والاصدقاء،  والجامعة ، والمجتمع  ، كما تضمنت النتائج  عدد من المقترحات لمواجهة سلوك "البويات"   بالجامعة كان من أهمها: توعية الطالبات من خلال البرامج الجماعية بالمظاهر السلوكية الشاذة وأساليب التعامل السليم مع هذه الحالات ، وتحقيق التكامل والتنسيق بين كافة العاملين في  الجامعة  كل في مجال تخصصه، والاستفادة من تجارب وخبرات الدول الخليجية في مواجهة هذه الظاهرة.

Abstract
The current study aimed to identify the factors leading to the behavioral manifestations of girls who imitate men, A set of sub-objectives emerged from it. This study is considered a descriptive study using both types of comprehensive social survey approaches for the faculty members specializing in community service, who number (15), and with a sample of a number of female students in the fourth year of the College of Social Work at Princess Noura bint Abdul Rahman University, and their number reached (165) ) A female student. The results of the study revealed the presence of a number of factors that lead to the behavioral manifestations of girls who imitate men. Some of them are linked to the girl herself, some are linked to the family, and others are linked to colleagues, friends, the university, and society. The results also included a number of proposals to confront the behavior of “girlfriends” at the university, the most important of which were: educating female students Through group programs about abnormal behavioral manifestations and methods for properly dealing with these cases, and achieving integration and coordination. Among all employees at the university, each in his field of specialization, and benefiting from the experiences and expertise of the Gulf countries in confronting this phenomenon.
