الشراكة بين المنظمات الحكومية وغير الحكومية فى صنع سياسات حماية الطفل على المستوى المحلى

استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على آليات الشركة بين المنظمات الحكومية وغير الحكومية فى صنع سياسات الحماية الاجتماعية للاطفال على المستوى المحلى، وكذلك تحديد المعوقات التى تحول دون تحقيق تلك الشراكة لأهدافها. وقد تحدد نوع الدراسة فى نمط الدراسة الوصفية باستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعى الشامل وذلك لجميع اعضاء لجان حماية الطفل بمحافظة الاسكندرية، والذين بلغ عددهم (100) عضو، وتم الإعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتوصلت الدراسة الى الشراكة القائمة بين المنظمات الحكومية وغيرالحكومية تعتمد بالفعل على العديد من الآليات تمثلت فى المراحل والقضايا والمهارت المستخدمة الى انها تحتاج الى تفعيل من اجل ابراز دورها المساهمة فى صنع سياسات حماية الطفل، وانتهت الدراسة بتصورمقترح لتفعيل آليات الشراكة من اجل المساهمة بفعالية فى صنع سياسات حماية الطفل.

The study aimed to identify the mechanisms of partnership between governmental and non-governmental organizations in making social protection policies for children at the local level, as well as identifying the obstacles that prevent this partnership from achieving its goals. The type of study was determined in the descriptive study style using the comprehensive social survey approach for all members of the child protection committees in Alexandria Governorate, who numbered (100) members. The questionnaire was relied upon as a tool for collecting data. The study concluded that the existing partnership between governmental and non-governmental organizations actually depends on Many of the mechanisms were represented in the stages, issues and skills used, indicating that they need to be activated in order to highlight their role in contributing to the making of child protection policies. The study ended with a proposed vision for activating partnership mechanisms in order to contribute effectively to the making of child protection policies.
