برنامج مقترح من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع وتنمية المسئولية لدى الشباب بالمشاركة بالعمل التطوعي الرقمي في المبادرات الرئاسية

ملخص الدراسة:
تسعي الدراسة الحالية الي تحقيق هدف رئيسي تحديد دور مراكز الشباب في تعزيز المسئولية الاجتماعية وثقافة العمل التطوعي الرقمي بالمبادرات الرئاسية وذلك من خلال مجموعة من الأهداف الفرعية: تحديد دور مراكز الشباب في تعزيز المسئولية الاجتماعية للمشاركة بالمبادرات الرئاسية وتحديد دور مراكز الشباب في تعزيز ثقافة العمل التطوعي الرقمي للمشاركة بالمبادرات الرئاسية وتحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه مراكز الشباب في تعزيز المسئولية الاجتماعية وثقافة العمل التطوعي الرقمي بالمبادرات الرئاسية
والتوصل لتصور مقترح لتفعيل دور مراكز الشباب في تعزيز المسئولية الاجتماعية وثقافة العمل التطوعي الرقمي بالمبادرات الرئاسية من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع، وتعتبر الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية والتي اعتمدت على منهج المسح الاجتماعي عن طريق العينة من الشباب وتكونت عينة البحث من (280) مفردة من الشباب (ذكور- أناث) بمركز شباب الانفوشي والمعمورة بمحافظة الاسكندرية موزعة كالتالي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلي أهم النتائج منها أن دور مراكز الشباب في تعزيز المسئولية الاجتماعية للمشاركة بالمبادرات الرئاسية جاءت بمتوسط وزني (2.26) بنسبة (75.33 %) وهي نسبة (متوسطة) وأن دور مراكز الشباب في تعزيز ثقافة العمل التطوعي الرقمي للمشاركة بالمبادرات الرئاسية جاءت بمتوسط وزني (2.07) بنسبة (69%) وهي نسبة (متوسطة) والصعوبات التي تواجه مراكز الشباب في تعزيز المسئولية الاجتماعية وثقافة العمل التطوعي الرقمي بالمبادرات الرئاسية جاءت بمتوسط وزني (2.54) بنسبة (مرتفعة %) وهي نسبة (مرتفعة) وتوصلت الدراسة الي برنامج مقترح من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع وتنمية المسئولية لدي الشباب بالمشاركة بالعمل التطوعي الرقمي في المبادرات الرئاسية

Abstract:
The current study seeks to achieve a main goal: determining the role of youth centers in promoting social responsibility and the culture of digital volunteerism in presidential initiatives, through a set of sub-objectives: determining the role of youth centers in promoting social responsibility for participating in presidential initiatives, and defining the role of youth centers in promoting a culture of digital volunteerism. To participate in presidential initiatives and identify the difficulties facing youth centers in promoting social responsibility and the culture of digital volunteerism through presidential initiatives
And arriving at a proposed vision to activate the role of youth centers in promoting social responsibility and the culture of digital volunteer work in presidential initiatives from the perspective of the method of organizing society. The study is considered one of the descriptive studies that relied on the social survey approach through a sample of young people. The research sample consisted of (280) individual young people (Males- females) at the Anfoushi and Maamoura Youth Center in Alexandria Governorate, distributed as follows. The study reached the most important results, including that the role of youth centers in promoting social responsibility for participation in presidential initiatives came with a weighted average of (2.26) with a percentage of (75.33%), which is a (medium) percentage, and that the role of Youth centers in promoting the culture of digital volunteer work to participate in presidential initiatives came with an average weight of (2.07) with a percentage of (69%), which is an (average) percentage. The difficulties facing youth centers in promoting social responsibility and a culture of digital volunteer work in presidential initiatives came with an average weight of (2.54) with a percentage of (High (%), which is a (high) percentage. The study arrived at a proposed program from the perspective of how to organize society and develop responsibility among young people by participating in digital volunteer work in presidential initiatives.
