دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في دعم برامج الحماية الاجتماعية المقدمة لكبار السن من ذوى الهمم

ملخص الدراسة:
تسعي الدراسة الحالية الي تحقيق هدف رئيس مؤداه: تحديد دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في دعم برامج الحماية الاجتماعية المقدمة لكبار السن من ذوى الهمم وذلك من خلال مجموعة من الأهداف الفرعية: تحديد دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في دعم خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية لكبار السن من ذوى الهمم وتحديد دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في دعم خدمات الرعاية الاقتصادية لكبار السن من ذوى الهمم وتحديد دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في دعم خدمات الرعاية الصحية لكبار السن من ذوى الهمم وتحديد المعوقات التي تواجه منظمات المجتمع المدني في دعم برامج الحماية الاجتماعية المقدمة لكبار السن من ذوى الهمم والتوصل لتصور مقترح لتفعيل دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في دعم برامج الحماية الاجتماعية المقدمة لكبار السن من ذوى الهمم.
وتعتبر الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية والتي اعتمدت على منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل لمجلس الإدارة والعاملين وتكونت عينة البحث من (50) مفردة موزعة كالتالي (20) أعضاء مجلس الإدارة بدار أحمس خليفة و(30) من العاملين بالدار، وتوصلت الدراسة إلي أهم النتائج منها أن مستوي دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في دعم خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية لكبار السن من ذوى الهمم جاءت بمتوسط وزني (2.04) بنسبة (68%) ومستوي التي تقدمها المنظمة جاءت بمتوسط وزني (1.90) بنسبة (63.33%) وهي نسبة (متوسطة) ودور منظمات المجتمع المدني في دعم خدمات الرعاية الصحية لكبار السن من ذوى الهمم جاءت بمتوسط وزني (1.96) بنسبة (65.33%) وهي نسبة (متوسطة) ومعوقات منظمات المجتمع المدني في دعم برامج الحماية الاجتماعية المقدمة لكبار السن من ذوى الهمم جاءت بمتوسط وزني (2.41) بنسبة (80.33%) وهي نسبة (مرتفعة) وتوصلت الدراسة لتصور مقترح لتفعيل دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في دعم برامج الحماية الاجتماعية المقدمة لكبار السن من ذوى الهمم.

Astract
The current study seeks to achieve a main goal: determining the role of civil society organizations in supporting social protection programs provided to elderly people of determination, through a set of sub-objectives: defining the role of civil society organizations in supporting social care services for elderly people of determination and defining the role of Civil society organizations in supporting economic care services for elderly people of determination, defining the role of civil society organizations in supporting health care services for elderly people of determination, identifying the obstacles facing civil society organizations in supporting social protection programs provided to elderly people of determination, and arriving at a proposed vision for activating The role of civil society organizations in supporting social protection programs provided to elderly people of determination.
The study is considered one of the descriptive studies that relied on the approach of a comprehensive social survey of the board of directors and employees. The research sample consisted of (50) individuals distributed as follows: (20) members of the board of directors at Dar Ahmose Khalifa and (30) of the employees of the house. The study reached the most important results, including: The level of the role of civil society organizations in supporting social care services for elderly people of determination came with a weighted average of (2.04), with a percentage of (68%), and the level provided by the association came with a weighted average of (1.90), with a percentage of (63.33%), which is a (medium) percentage. The role of organizations Civil society in supporting health care services for elderly people of determination came with a weighted average of (1.96), with a percentage of (65.33%), which is an (average) percentage, and the obstacles of civil society organizations in supporting social protection programs provided to elderly people of determination came with a weighted average of (2.41). At a rate of (80.33%), which is a (high) percentage, the study arrived at a proposed vision for activating the role of civil society organizations in supporting social protection programs provided to elderly people of determination.
