معوقات التحول الرقمى لأعضاء هيئة تدريس خدمة الجماعة وتصور مقترح من منظور الطريقه للحد منها

الملخص باللغة العربية:
استهدفت الدراسة الراهنه التوصل التوصل لتصور مقترح من منظور الطريقة للحد من معوقات التحول الرقمى لأعضاء هيئة تدريس خدمة الجماعة من خلال تحديد المعوقات المرتبطه بعضو هيئة التدريس ، تحديد المعوقات المرتبطه بالمؤسسة التعليمية ، تحديد المعوقات المرتبطه بمنظومة التحول الرقمى ، كما تحدد نوع هذه الدراسه من الدراسات الوصفيه باستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعى بالعينه لأعضاء هيئة التدريس ببعض كليات ومعاهد الخدمة الاجتماعية والبالغ عددهم (50) ، ومستخدمه استمارة استبيان لأعضاء هيئة تدريس خدمة الجماعة . وفى ضوء ذلك توصلت الدراسه لتصور مقترح يعين أعضاء هيئة التدريس للحد من معوقات التحول الرقمى لمواكبة التطورات الحديثه والقيام بأدوارهم التعليميه .

Abstract:
The current study aimed to reach a proposed conception from the perspective of the method to reduce the obstacles of digital transformation for members of teaching of community service by identifying the obstacles associated with the  member of teaching, identifying the obstacles associated with the educational institution, identifying the obstacles associated with the digital transformation system, and determining the type of this study of descriptive studies using the sample social survey methodology for members of teaching in some colleges and institutes of social service, their numbers (50), and using a questionnaire form for community service members of teaching. In light of this, the study reached a proposed conception that appoints  members of teaching to reduce the obstacles of digital transformation to keep pace with modern developments and carry out their educational roles.
