برنامج مقترح لتنمية وعي طلبة الجامعة بالتطوع الإلكتروني من منظور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية

ملخص الدراسة:
 
هدف الدراسة: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فهم مدى وعي طلبة الجامعة بالتطوع الإلكتروني، وذلك من خلال تحقيق أهداف فرعية متمثلة في تحديد مستوى الوعي لدى الطلبة بهذا النوع من التطوع، وتحديد الصعوبات التي قد تواجه مشاركتهم فيه، وتحديد مقترحات لتنمية وعي الطلبة بالتطوع الإلكتروني المنهجية: وتندرج الدراسة ضمن الدراسات الوصفية، حيث تم إجراء الدراسة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 211 طالباً من جامعة العلوم والتقنية في الفجيرة. النتائج: أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى وعي طلبة الجامعة بالتطوع الإلكتروني بشكل عام مرتفع جداً، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن الصعوبات الرئيسية التي تواجه طلبة الجامعة في المشاركة بالتطوع الإلكتروني هي نقص المشرفين الذين يوجهون عمل المتطوعين، عدم وجود إدارة متخصصة توجه عمل التطوع الإلكتروني، وقد أوصت الدراسة ببعض المقترحات لتعزيز وعي الطلبة بالتطوع الإلكتروني و منها توفير برامج توعوية ونظم حماية للمتطوعين، كما تم تقديم برنامج مقترح من منظور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية بهدف تعزيز وعي الطلبة بالتطوع الإلكتروني.

Abstract:
Objective: This study aims to understand the extent of university students' awareness of electronic volunteering. This is achieved through specific objectives, including assessing the students' awareness level of this type of volunteering, identifying the challenges they may face in participating, and proposing suggestions to enhance students' awareness of electronic volunteering. Methods: The study falls within descriptive studies, where it was conducted on a random sample of 211 students from the University of Science and Technology in Fujairah. Results: The results showed that the level of awareness of electronic volunteering among university students is generally very high. The results also indicated that the main difficulties facing university students in participating in electronic volunteering are the lack of supervisors who guide the volunteers' work, and the lack of a specialized administration in the field of electronic volunteer work. The study concluded some proposals to enhance students' awareness of electronic volunteering, including providing awareness programs and protection systems for volunteers, A proposed program was presented from the perspective of general practice of social work with the aim of enhancing students' awareness of electronic volunteering.
