فاعلية برنامج تدريبي من منظور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية لتنمية مهارة الطلاقة لدي الطلاب الموهوبين

الملخص:
تُعد فئة الموهوبين من اهم فئات المجتمع  فهم الثروة الحقيقية لمجتمعاتهم وهم كنوزها وأغني مواردها على الأطلاق، فعلي عقولهم وابداعاتهم واختراعاتهم تنعقد الآمال في مواجهة التحديات وحل المعضلات والمشكلات التي تعترض مسيرة التنمية الوطنية ولذا أصبح الاهتمام بالرعاية المتكاملة لهم بهدف تنمية استعداداتهم المتميزة، واستعمار طاقاتهم المتوقدة إلى أقصي درجة ممكنة ضرورة ملحة يفرضها التقدم والتغيرات المتسارعة التي تعتري مختلف مناحي الحياة، كما يحتمها هذا الصراع والتنافس الشديد بين الجماعات والمؤسسات والدول والتكتلات المختلفة في المجالات العلمية والتكنولوجية والاقتصادية والعسكرية والسياسية، لذلك قامت الباحثة بعمل دراسة تجريبية لتنمية القدرات الابداعية للطلاب الموهوبين, حيث هدف هذا البحث إلى تنمية مهارة الطلاقة للطلاب الموهوبين باعتبارها مكون رئيسي من مكونات الابداع , وأجريت هذه الدراسة علي عينة من الطلاب الموهوبين بمركز الموهوبين التابع لمديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة الفيوم, وتمثل حجم مجتمع البحث في (20 طالب وطالبة) وقد استندت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة على استمارة مقياس للقدرات الابداعية.

Abstract:
 
The gifted category is considered one of the most important categories of society in understanding the true wealth of their societies, and they are their treasures and the richest resources of all. It is on their minds, creativity and inventions that hopes are placed to confront the challenges and solve the dilemmas and problems that obstruct the path of national development. Therefore, attention has become given to integrated care for them with the aim of developing their distinguished preparations and colonizing their burning energies to  To the maximum possible degree, it is an urgent necessity imposed by progress and rapid changes taking place in various aspects of life, as necessitated by this conflict and intense competition between different groups, institutions, states and blocs in the scientific, technological, economic, military and political fields. Therefore, the researcher conducted an experimental study to develop the creative abilities of gifted students. This research aimed to develop the intellectual fluency of gifted students as a major component of creativity. This study was conducted on a sample of gifted students at the Gifted Center of the Directorate of Education in Fayoum Governorate, and represents the size of the research community.  In (20 male and female students), the researcher based this study on a  questionnaire to measure creative Abilities.
