مخاطر غياب الأمن الفكري لدى الشباب ودور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية فى مواجهتها

الملخص
تدور الدراسة حول مخاطر غياب الأمن الفكري لدى الشباب ودور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية فى مواجهتها، وتستهدف تحديد المخاطر الثقافية والأخلاقية والاجتماعية الناجمة عن غياب الأمن الفكري لدى الشباب والتوصل الى رؤية مقترحة لذلك، وهي دراسة وصـفية، استخدمت منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة، باستخدام أداة الاستبيان، ومجالاتها "المكاني" بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة كفرالشيخ ، و"البشري" الشباب المشاركين ببرامج المديرية وعددهم (209)، و"الزمني" خلال شهري يوليو وأغسطس 2023، وتضمنت نتائجها أن من المخاطر الثقافية "ظهور أنماط سلوكية غير مألوفة لدى الشباب" و"انعدام الحوار المتبادل بين الشباب والأسر" و"صعوبة تمييز المؤسسات الاجتماعية بين الحقائق والادعاءات" ومن المخاطر الأخلاقية "افتقاد الشباب للقدوة الحسنة" و"صعوبة الاتفاق على أهداف أسرية مشتركة" و" ظهور تيارات فكرية هدامة تعوق الأداء المؤسسي"، ومن المخاطر الاجتماعية "انسياق بعض الشباب نحو الاتجاهات الفكرية المضادة للمجتمع" و"صعوبة السيطرة على الأبناء فى النواحي الاجتماعية" و"التجاهل المؤسسي للواقع الاجتماعى المحيط بالشباب"، وصولاً إلى رؤية مستقبلية لمواجهة تلك المخاطر.

Abstract
The study revolves around the dangers of the lack of intellectual security among youth and role of general practice of social work in addressing it, It aims to identify the cultural, moral and social risks resulting from the lack of intellectual security among youth people and come up with a proposed vision for that, It is a descriptive study that used the sample social survey approach, using the questionnaire tool, Its fields are “spatial” in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, “human” youth participating in the directorate’s programs, numbering (209), and “temporal” during the months of July and August 2023, and its results included that one of the cultural risks is the emergence of unfamiliar behavioral patterns among youth “and” “The lack of mutual dialogue between youth and families,” “the difficulty of social institutions distinguishing between facts and allegations,” and “a moral risk is that youth lack good role models,” “the difficulty of agreeing on common family goals,” “the emergence of destructive intellectual trends that hinder institutional performance,” and a social risk is the tendency of some youth Towards anti-social intellectual trends, the difficulty of controlling youth in social aspects, and institutional ignorance of  social reality surrounding youth , leading to a future vision to addressing these dangers.
