فعالية برامج المجلس القومي للمراة في تحقيق أهداف الاستراتجية الوطنية لتمكين المراة المصرية 2030

ملخص الدراسة     
 تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى" تحديد فعالية برامج المجلس القومي للمراة في تحقيق أهداف الاستراتجية الوطنية لتمكين المراة المصرية 2030", من خلال الاهداف الفرعية التالية تحديد فعالية برامج المجلس القومي للمراة في تحقيق أهداف الاستراتجية الوطنية لتمكين المراة المصرية اقتصاديا ، تحديد فعالية برامج المجلس القومي للمراة في تحقيق أهداف الاستراتجية الوطنية لتمكين المراة المصرية اجتماعيا  ، تحديد فعالية برامج المجلس القومي للمراة في تحقيق أهداف الاستراتجية الوطنية  لتمكين المراة المصرية سياسيا ، تحديد آليات  تحسين فعالية برامج المجلس القومي للمراة في تحقيق أهداف الاستراتجية الوطنية لتمكين المراة المصرية 2030". وتعتبر الدراسة من الدراسات التقييمية التى اعتمدت على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة العمدية للمستفيدات من مشروع الأدخار والإدخار الرقمى ومشروعى التثقيف المالى وريادة الأعمال  بمركز( الفيوم – اطسا- طاميه) بمحافظة الفيوم  وعددهم (310) مفردة  ، والحصر الشامل لجميع أعضاء مجلس إدارة المجلس القومي للمراة والرائدات الريفيات بمحافظة الفيوم وعددهم (25) مفردة وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الي مستوى فعالية برامج المجلس القومي للمراة في تحقيق أهداف الاستراتجية الوطنية لتمكين المراة المصرية (اقتصاديا – اجتماعيا- سياسيا) مرتفع " وخرجت نتائج الدراسة بمجموعة من الآليات  لتحسين فعالية برامج المجلس القومي للمراة في تحقيق أهداف الاستراتجية الوطنية لتمكين المراة المصرية

Abstract
The current study aims to "determine the effectiveness of the National Council for Women's programs in achieving the goals of the National Strategy for the Empowerment of Egyptian Women 2030", through the following sub-objectives: Determine the effectiveness of the National Council for Women's programs in achieving the goals of the National Strategy for the Empowerment of Egyptian Women Economically, Determine the effectiveness of the National Council for Women's programs in achieving the goals of the National Strategy for the Empowerment of Egyptian Women Socially, Determine the effectiveness of the National Council for Women's programs in achieving the goals of the National Strategy for the Empowerment of Egyptian Women Politically, Determine the mechanisms for improving the effectiveness of the National Council for Women's programs in achieving the goals of the National Strategy for the Empowerment of Egyptian Women 2030". The study is considered one of the evaluation studies that relied on the social survey method with the intentional sample of beneficiaries of the savings and digital savings project and the financial education and entrepreneurship projects in the center (Fayoum - Atsa - Tamia) in Fayoum Governorate, numbering (310) individuals, and a comprehensive census of all members of the Board of Directors of the National Council for Women and rural pioneers in Fayoum Governorate, numbering (25) individuals. The results of the study reached the level of effectiveness of the National Council's programs For women in achieving the goals of the national strategy for empowering Egyptian women (economically, socially, and politically) is high. The results of the study came out with a set of mechanisms to improve the effectiveness of the National Council for Women’s programs in achieving the goals of the national strategy for empowering Egyptian women.Keywords: Effectiveness, National Council for Women Programs, National Strategy Goals, Empowerment of Egyptian Women.
