يهدف هذا البحث إلى تقييم مستوى الأداء المهني للأخصائي الاجتماعي في بناء علاقة مهنية مع حالات مشكلة النفقة، مع التركيز على العوامل التي تؤثر على نجاح هذه العلاقة، ويعد النزاع حول النفقة من القضايا الاجتماعية المعقدة التي تتطلب تدخلًا مهنيًا من الأخصائي الاجتماعي، حيث تشمل أبعادًا قانونية واجتماعية ونفسية، ويعتمد نجاح الأخصائي في بناء علاقة مهنية قوية على مهارات التواصل الفعال، والحيادية، والاحترام المتبادل، وفهم الجوانب القانونية والثقافية، ويواجه الأخصائيون الاجتماعيون تحديات مثل نقص التدريب المتخصص، وغياب التنسيق مع الجهات القانونية، وضغوط نفسية واقتصادية على الأطراف المتضررة، وتشير النتائج إلى أن الأخصائيين يظهرون فعالية عالية في بناء العلاقات المهنية، خاصة من خلال بناء الثقة والاحترام المتبادل والحيادية، ومع ذلك هناك حاجة لتحسين التعامل مع المشاعر السلبية والظروف الاجتماعية بشكل أعمق، ويوصي البحث بتدريب الأخصائيين على مهارات التواصل والحيادية، وتعزيز الدعم النفسي والعاطفي للأطراف، وتحسين التنسيق مع الجهات القانونية. كما يؤكد على أهمية توفير بيئة آمنة وهادئة للاجتماعات، واستخدام أسئلة بناءة لتوجيه الحوار نحو حلول فعالة، وهذه التوصيات تهدف إلى تحسين جودة التدخلات الاجتماعية وضمان تحقيق نتائج إيجابية في قضايا النفقة.

Abstract:
This research aims to evaluate the professional performance of social workers in building a professional relationship with cases of alimony disputes. It focuses on the factors that affect the success of this relationship. Alimony disputes are complex social issues that require professional intervention from social workers, involving legal, social, and psychological dimensions. The success of the social worker in building an effective professional relationship relies on effective communication skills, neutrality, mutual respect, and understanding legal and cultural aspects. Social workers face several challenges, including a lack of specialized training, the absence of coordination with legal authorities, and the psychological and economic pressures on the affected parties. The results of the research indicate that social workers demonstrate high effectiveness in building professional relationships, especially through trust-building, mutual respect, and neutrality. However, the study suggests that there is a need for improved handling of negative emotions and social conditions in a more profound manner. The research recommends training social workers in effective communication and neutrality skills, enhancing psychological and emotional support for the parties involved, and improving coordination with legal entities. It also emphasizes the importance of providing a safe and calm environment for meetings and using constructive questioning to guide discussions towards effective solutions. These recommendations aim to improve the quality of social interventions and ensure positive outcomes in alimony cases.
