آليات خدمة الفرد الوقائية لتفعيل دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي كمرشد لتحقيق البيئة التعليمية الإبداعية .

ملخص البحث :
هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف علي آليات خدمة الفرد الوقائية لتفعيل دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي كمرشد لتحقيق البيئة التعليمية الإبداعية وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (196) أخصائي اجتماعي وأخصائيه اجتماعية  العاملين بمؤسسات التعليم الأساسي الحاصلة علي الجودة .
واستخدمت الباحثة هنا المنهج الوصفي الميداني لجمع البيانات من مجتمع الدراسة، وقامت الباحث بإعداد استبيان  تكون من (39) سؤالاً ، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مجال المعلم في تنمية الإبداع كان كبيراً جداً بنسبة 86.7%.وأن مجال القيادة والحوكمة   في توفير البيئة الإبداعية  كان كبيراً بنسبة 75%.وفي مجال المشاركة المجتمعية في تحقيق البيئة الالبداعية كان كبيراً بنسبة 70.4%. اما مجال المنهج الدراسي  في تنمية الإبداع كان متوسطاً بنسبة 68.1%، وفي مجال المناخ التربوي في تنمية الإبداع كان كبيراً بنسبة 70.4%. وأن الدرجة الكلية لإجابات عينة الدراسة نحو الأسئلة المتعلقة بدور القيادة والحوكمة  آليات خدمة الفرد الوقائية لتفعيل دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي كمرشد لتحقيق البيئة التعليمية الإبداعية .من وجهة نظر الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين ، بلغت 76.4%، وهذا يدل على نسبة موافقة كبيرة نحو الأسئلة في الوصول الي  الآليات  اللازمة في خدمة الفرد الوقائية لتفعيل دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي كمرشد لتحقيق البيئة التعليمية الإبداعية .
ومن هذه الآليات :

ضرورة مسايرة الاتجاهات العالمية ومن أهمها البدء بنشر ثقافة الجودة كخطوة أساسيه قبل التطبيق وذلك لضمان نجاح التطبيق .
لابد من التركيز عند تطبيق الجودة علي (القيادات - الموارد المادية والبشرية - المعلم -فريق متكامل.
للخدمة الاجتماعيه دور مهم في تكوين القيم أو تعديلها أو تشكيل قيم جديدة حيث تفقد القيم قيمتها عندما تعجز عن مواكبة التغيرات في المجتمع .
تخفيف العبء عن الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين المرتبط بانشغالهم بالأعمال الإدارية  والتركيز علي الدورات التدريبية المرتبطة بالتنمية المهنية.

Abstract :
This study aimed to identify the mechanisms of preventive individual service to activate the role of the social worker as a guide to achieve a creative learning environment
The study sample consisted of (196) social workers and social workers working in quality basic education institutions.
The researcher used the descriptive field method to collect data from the study population, and the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (39) questions, and the study found that the field of the teacher in developing creativity was very large by 86.7%, and the field of leadership and governance in providing the creative environment was large by 75%, and the field of community participation in achieving the creative environment was large by 70.4%. The field of curriculum in the development of creativity was moderate at 68.1%, and the field of educational climate in the development of creativity was significant at 70.4%. The overall degree of the study sample's responses to the questions related to the role of leadership and governance and the mechanisms of preventive individual service to activate the role of the social worker as a guide to achieve the creative educational environment from the perspective of social workers, amounted to 76.4%, which indicates a large percentage للعلof agreement towards the questions in reaching the necessary mechanisms in the preventive individual service to activate the role of the social worker as a guide to achieve the creative educational environment.
These mechanisms include
1- The need to keep pace with global trends, the most important of which is to start spreading the culture of quality as a basic step before implementation in order to ensure the success of the application.
2- It is necessary to focus when applying quality on (leaders - material and human resources - teachers - an integrated team.
3- Social work has an important role in forming, modifying or forming new values, as values lose their value when they are unable to keep pace with changes in society.
4- Reducing the burden on social workers associated with their preoccupation with administrative work and focusing on training courses related to professional development.
