المدخل الوقائي في خدمة الجماعة وتنمية مهارات الاشراف

   المشرفة في المؤسسات الإيوائية والرعاية الإجتماعية تتعامل مباشرة مع الطفل ولديها مشكلات وصعوبات متعددة تؤثر على كفاءتها في العمل مع الأطفال بالمؤسسة، ولذا لابد من العمل على متابعة هؤلاء المشرفات على أطفال مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية والتأكد من قيام المشرفة بدور الرعاية اليومية للطفل وتوفير الاحتياجات المادية والمهنية، حيث يؤدي القصور في المهارات لديهن بصفة عامه إلى قصور في أداء وظائفهن ووجباتهن، المشرفة داخل المؤسسات هي أيضاً تحتاج إلي تعلم وتدريب للحصول علي المهارات بصفة عامة سواء كانت  الحياتية أو الإجتماعية  لأن هؤلاء المشرفات إن لم يتم تدريبهن للقيام بهذا العمل مع الأطفال سوف يؤثر سلباً على الأطفال وتوافقهم وتكيفهم الاجتماعي ونوعية حياتهم. ومن هنا يأتي دور الخدمة الاجتماعية بصفة عامة وطريقة العمل مع الجماعات بصفة خاصة في تنمية مهارات هؤلاء المشرفات بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية لما لهن دور هام مع الأطفال، ولابد من العمل على مواجهة حدوث أي مشكلات تواجه هؤلاء الأطفال بل الوقاية منها قبل حدوثها، ومن هنا يأتي المدخل الوقائي في خدمة الجماعة كأحد المداخل المهنية التي تساعد على الوقاية من حدوث أي مشكلات مستقبلية، لذا تأتي فكرة البحث الحالي في اختبار فعالية المدخل  الوقائي  في  خدمة  الجماعة  في  تنمية  مهارات  الاشراف بمؤسسات  الرعاية  الاجتماعية مثل مهارة  حل المشكلة ، مهارة  القدرة  على  تحمل  المسئولية،  مهارة   القدرة  على  اتخاذ  القرار.

English Summary
Supervisors in residential and social care institutions deal directly with children and have multiple problems and difficulties that affect their efficiency in working with children in the institution.
 Therefore, it is necessary to work on following up on these supervisors of children in social care institutions and ensuring that the supervisor is performing the role of daily care for the child and providing for the material and professional needs, as the deficiency in their skills generally leads to deficiency in performing their jobs and duties. The supervisor within the institutions also needs to learn and train to acquire skills in general, whether life or social, because if these supervisors are not trained to do this work with children, it will negatively affect the children, their compatibility and social adaptation and quality of life.
 Hence, the role of social work in general, and the method of social group work in particular, in developing the skills of these supervisors in social care institutions, given their important role with children. It is imperative to work to address any problems these children face, and even prevent them before they occur. Hence, the preventive approach in social group work comes as one of the professional approaches that helps prevent any future problems. Therefore, the idea of ​​the current research is to test the effectiveness of the preventive approach in social group work in developing supervisory skills in social care institutions, such as problem-solving skills, the ability to assume responsibility, and the ability to make decisions.
