النموذج التنموي في خدمة الجماعة وتنمية ثقافة الحوار المجتمعي للشباب

يشهد المجتمع مجموعة من التغيرات والتحولات  في مختلف ميادين الحياة الاجتماعية, والسياسية, والثقافية, والاقتصادية, نتيجة للأحداث التي يمر بها المجتمع،  فقد مر المجتمع بمجموعة من التغيرات الاجتماعية التي كان لها أثر كبير على المجتمع بصفة عامة، وعلى الشباب بصفة خاصة، ولذلك تعتبر مرحلة التعليم الجامعي مرحلة هامة من المراحل التعليمية في حياة الشباب؛ فهو يقوم بدور كبير وإيجابي في بلورة الاتجاهات الإيجابية لدى الشباب، وتأكيد مشاعر الانتماء والولاء نحو المجتمع باعتبارهم القوة التي سوف تنهض بأعباء التنمية الشاملة في مختلف المراحل، ولذلك نجد أن للشباب الجامعي اهتماماته المختلفة والخاصة المرتبطة بخصائص هذه المرحلة، وتعتبر البرامج التي تنفذ في الجامعة وسيلة هامة لتنمية وعي الشباب حول القضايا المختلفة وإيجاد فرص المنافسة الإيجابية لديهم,  وتعمل على تنمية مهاراتهم ومعارفهم وهذا يساعد الطالب على أن يتعلم التفاعل المنظم الذي يكسب الطالب المعارف المتقدمة، وانتقاء المعارف والمهارات المناسبة لقدراتهم، وتعديل اتجاهاتهم,  وإعادة ضبطها،
ومن هنا تأتي أهمية ثقافة الحوار المجتمعي للشباب، حيث تسهم في  تحديد أولويات واحتياجات الشباب,  وتمكين الشباب من المشاركة في الأنشطة والبرامج المقدمة، كما يسهم في تعديل اتجاهات وسلوكيات الشباب، لذا تتحدد  مشكلة  الدراسة  الحالية  في  اختبار  فعالية استخدام  إحدى  النماذج  الحديثة  في طريقة  العمل  مع  الجماعات  النموذج التنموي  في  تنمية ثقافة  الحوار  المجتمعي  للشباب، حيث أن من  خلال   نتائج  الدراسة  الحالية   تم الخروج  بتصور مقترح  لتحسين برامج وأنشطة  قطاع خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة  بالجامعات بإستخدام الحوار المجتمعي  .

English Summary
Society is witnessing a set of changes and transformations in various areas of social, political, cultural and economic life, as a result of the events that society is going through. Society has gone through a set of social changes that have had a great impact on society in general, and on youth in particular.
 Therefore, the university education stage is considered an important stage of the educational stages in the lives of youth. It plays a significant and positive role in shaping positive attitudes among youth and affirming feelings of belonging and loyalty to society, considering them the force that will shoulder the burdens of comprehensive development at various stages. Therefore, we find that university students have their own diverse and specific interests related to the characteristics of this stage. The programs implemented at universities are an important means of raising youth awareness of various issues and creating opportunities for positive competition among them. They also work to develop their skills and knowledge. This helps students learn organized interaction, which provides them with advanced knowledge, selects knowledge and skills appropriate to their abilities, and adjusts and recalibrates their attitudes.
 Hence, the importance of a culture of community dialogue for youth comes from this, as it contributes to identifying youth priorities and needs, empowers youth to participate in the activities and programs offered, and contributes to modifying youth attitudes and behaviors. Therefore, the problem of the current study is determined by testing the effectiveness of using one of the modern models for social work group the development model in developing a culture of community dialogue among youth. Based on the results of the current study, a proposed vision was developed to improve programs and activities in the community service and environmental development sector at universities using community dialogue.
