فعالية التنظيمات المدرسية في تحقيق أهداف الدمج الاجتماعي للطلاب ذوي الاعاقة من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع

الملخص:
استهدفت الدراسة تحديد مستوي فعالية التنظيمات المدرسية فى تحقيق أهداف الدمج الاجتماعي، وتحديد مستوي الدمج الاجتماعي للطلاب ذوي الاعاقة في المدارس، ومدي وجود علاقة بين فعالية التنظيمات المدرسية و تحقيق أهداف الدمج الاجتماعي، وتنتمى هذه الدراسة الى نمط الدراسات التقويمية كما اعتمدت على استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي بنوعية الشامل والعينة واستخدمت الدراسة اداة الاستبيان لاختبار فروضها وهما استمارة استبيان لأعضاء التنظيمات المدرسية واستبيان لأولياء امور الطلاب ذوي الاعاقة، ولقد بلغ حجم مجتمع أعضاء التنظيمات المدرسية (283) مفرده بينما بلغ حجم مجتمع اولياء الامور للطلاب ذوي الاعاقة وعددهم (156) مفردة، وقد اظهرت نتائج الدراسة انه يوجد علاقة طردية بين فعالية التنظيمات المدرسية وتحقيق أهداف الدمج الاجتماعي للطلاب ذوي الاعاقة في المدارس، كما توصلت نتائج الدراسة الى وجود فروق بين أعضاء التنظيمات المدرسية اولياء الامور للطلاب ذوي الاعاقة حول تحديدهم فعالية التنظيمات المدرسية وحول تحديدهم اهداف الدمج الاجتماعي للطلاب ذوي الاعاقة، كما توصلت الدراسة الى اليات مقترحة من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع لزيادة فعالية التنظيمات المدرسية لتحقيق أهداف الدمج الاجتماعي.

Abstract: The study aimed to determine the level of effectiveness of school organizations in achieving the goals of social integration, and to determine the level of social integration of students with disabilities in schools, and the extent of the relationship between the effectiveness of school organizations and the achievement of social integration goals. This study belongs to the evaluative studies pattern and relied on the use of the social survey method with a comprehensive and sample type. The study used the questionnaire tool to test its hypotheses, which were a questionnaire form for members of school organizations and a questionnaire for parents of students with disabilities. The size of the community of members of school organizations amounted to (283) individuals, while the size of the community of parents of students with disabilities amounted to (156) individuals. The results of the study showed that there is a direct relationship between the effectiveness of school organizations and the achievement of the goals of social integration of students with disabilities in schools. The results of the study also found that there are differences between members of school organizations and parents of students with disabilities regarding their identification of the effectiveness of school organizations and their identification of the goals of social integration of students with disabilities. The study also reached proposed mechanisms from the perspective of the method of organizing society to increase the effectiveness of school organizations to achieve the goals of social integration.
