رأس المال الاجتماعي كمتغير في التخطيط لتطوير المناطق العشوائية غير الآمنة بمحافظة القاهرة

ملخص البحث :
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير رأس المال الاجتماعى على تطوير المناطق العشوائية من خلال تحديد تأثير المشاركة والعمل ععلى تطوير المناطق العشوائية . وكذا تحديد تأثير المسئولية الاجتماعية على تطوير مثل هذه المناطق .
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المشاركة والعمل الجماعى له دور فعال ومؤثر فى تطوير المناطق العشوائية بصفة عامة ومنطقة اسطبل عنتر كأحد هذه المناطق بصفة خاصة ، حيث أوضحت الدراسة وجود رأس مال اجتماعى كبير بين أفراد المجتمع بعضهم ببعض واتضح ذلك من خلال قيام قاطنى منطقة اسطبل عنتر بتأسيس جمعية سميت بجمعية أسطبل عنتر تقوم بالدفاع عن حقوقهم وتطوير المنطقة من الناحية العمرانية وكذلك مشاركة الأهالى لتطوير المنطقة من كافة جوانب الحياة والتى منها على سبيل المثال الجانب التعليمى والبيئى والصحى .

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the impact of social capital on the development of informal settlements by determining the impact of participation and work on the development of in formal settlements, as well as determining the impact of social responsibility on the development of impact of social responsibility on the development of such areas.
The study concluded that participation and collective action play an effective and influential role in developing informal settlements in general and the Antar Stable area in particular. The study also demonstrated the existence of significant social capital among community members.
This was evident through the establishment of an association by the residents of the Antar Stable area, called.
The Antar Stable association, which defends their rights and develops the area from an urban perspective.
The residents also participate in developing the area in all aspects of life, including, for example, educational, environmental and health aspects.
