" بحث العمل " "ACTION RESEARCH" کمنهجية للتنمية المهنية لدي أخصائيو العمل مع الجماعات ( دراسة وصفية تحليلية )

      تزايدت شعبية " بحث العمل " مؤخراً على مستوى العالم کمنهجية في بحوث العلوم الإجتماعية بصفة عامة نظراً لتقديمها حلولاً سريعة لمشکلات ومواقف تحدث في الواقع الميداني والتى يصعب الإنتظار أو تأجيل القرار بشأنها حتى تقدم البحوث النظرية حلولاً لها .ووفقاً لما تناولته الکثير من الأدبيات أن الدراسات النظرية تسير في اتجاه والممارسات الميدانية للأخصائيين فى الواقع تسير في اتجاه آخر، لذا فإن الدراسة الحالية تناولت تحليلاً لمنهج "بحثالعمل" لکونه منهجاً هاماً أثبت فاعليته فى سد الفجوة بين البحوث النظرية والممارسة الميدانية ، کما أن الدراسة الحالية هى وصفية تحليلة ناقشت ﻤﻔاهيم بحث العمل و أهمية توظيفه فى طريقة خدمة الجماعة ، کما حددت بعض الآليات المقترحة لتوظيف ﺒﺤﺙ العمل کمنهجية للتنمية المهنية لدي أخصائيو العمل مع الجماعات.
 * ABSTRACT:
    The "Action Research" has increased in popularity recently in the world as a methodology in social work research in general, as it provides quick solutions to problems and situations that occur in the field and that it is difficult to wait or postpone the decision on them until the theoretical researches provides solutions to them. Going in one direction and field practices of specialists are actually going in another direction, so the current study dealt with an analysis of the " Action Research " approach because it is an important approach that has proven effective in bridging the gap between theoretical researches and field practice, just as the current study is descriptive analytic discussed the concepts of action research, and then the importance to employed it in group work method. Also, it identified some of proposed mechanisms for action research as a methodology for professional development among social group workers
