دور وزارة العمل في الحد من مشکلة البطالة في المملکة العربية السعودية في ضوء رؤية "2030"

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على دور وزارة العمل في الحد من مشکلة  البطالة في المملکة العربية السعودية في ظل رؤية "2030". ، کما هدفت التعرف على المعوقات التي تواجه وزارة العمل في الحد من مشکلة البطالة استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمدت على الاستبانة کأداة للدراسة طبقت عينة قوامها (150) من العاملين بوزارة العمل، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج تمثل أهمها في موافقة عينة الدراسة بشدة على محور" دور وزارة العمل في المملکة العربية السعودية  في الحد من البطالة "، ومن اهم هذه الادوار  هي متابعة شئون توظيف العمالة المحلية في مؤسسات القطاع الخاص، وتأهيل العمالة الوطنية وتدريبها على احتياجات سوق العمل، کما توصلت الدراسة الى أن ابرز معوقات وزارة العمل في الحد من مشکلة البطالة هي ارتفاع نسبة خريجي الجامعات والمعاهد سنوياً، ورغبة الشباب في الوظيفة الحکومية دون الوظيفة في القطاع الخاص
The study aimed to identify the role of the Ministry of Labor in reducing the problem of unemployment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of the vision of "2030". , aimed to identify the obstacles facing the Ministry of Labor in reducing the problem of unemployment.
The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and relied on the questionnaire as a study tool, a sample of 150 workers from the Ministry of Labor was applied, The study reached a number of results, the most important of which was the approval of the study sample strongly on the role of the Ministry of Labor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in reducing unemployment. ", Among the most important of these roles are the follow-up of the affairs of employing local labor in private sector institutions, qualifying national labor and training them on the needs of the labor market, and the study also found that the most prominent obstacles to the Ministry of Labor in limiting the problem of unemployment are the high percentage of university and college graduates annually, and the desire of young people to work Government without a job in the private sector.
