فعالية ممارسة نموذج الترکيز على العضو في طريقة العمل مع الجماعات ومواجهة التنمر الإلکترونى لدى طلاب المرحلة الإعدادية

أولاً:  مشکلة الدراسة
    أصبح التنمر الإلکترونى يشکل خطراً جسيماً على تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية لذلک يجب وضع برامج وأنشطة مدرسية تناهض ثقافة التنمر الإلکترونى خاصة في ظل تزايد أعداد مستخدمى التواصل الإجتماعى الإلکترونى وما تبعه من ظهور سلوکيات جديدة مرتبطة بإستخدام تلک المواقع ، لذلک أصبح هناک حاجة ماسة وضرورية لوضع القواعد الاخلاقية لضبط هذا السلوک المتنمر ناهيک عن نشر ثقافة التسامح ونبذ العنف وإحترام حقوق الأخر وليکن الشعار التعلم لحقوق الإنسان وليس تعليم حقوق الإنسان  .
     وجاء هذا البحث لکى يهدف إلى کيفيه تعظيم الاستفاده من نموذج الترکيز على العضو في طريقه العمل مع الجماعات ومواجهة التنمر الإلکترونى لدى طلاب المرحلة الإعدادية ، خاصه أن هذا النموذج يمکن الإستناد إلى إطاره المفاهيمى في تحقيق الذات وتنمية قدرات الأعضاء على حل مشکلاتهم في إطار عدم إدانته أو التعاطف معه وتنمية السلوکيات والممارسات الصحيحة التى من خلالها يمکن مواجهة السلوک التنمرى بشتى صوره وأشکاله وأسبابه ومخاطره .
ثانياً : مفاهيم الدراسة
                                                 أ‌-         نموذج الترکيز على العضو.                                  ب- التنمر الإلکترونى.
ثالثاً : الإجراءات المنهجية للدراسة:
     تنتمي هذه الدراسه وفقاً لأهدافها نمط الدراسات شبه التجريبيه وإتساقاً مع نوع الدراسة فقد استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي وذلک باستخدام التجربه القبليه البعديه لمجموعه تجريبية  واحدة، هذا وقد تم قياس قبلى للمتغير التابع وذلک قبل ادخال المتغير التجريبي هو برنامج التدخل المهني باستخدام نموذج الترکيز على العضو في طريقه العمل مع الجماعات ثم اجراء قياس بعدى للمتغير التابع وقد تمثلت الأداة في مقياس التنمر الإلکترونى لطلاب المرحلة الإعدادية وهو من اعداد الباحث ، وتمثل المجال المکاني في مدرسة الزينى متعددة المراحل بمحافظة البحيرة وتمثل المجال البشري في عدد 21 من الطلاب.
رابعاً : نتائج الدراسة:
        أ‌-         أثبتت الدراسه على صحه الفرض الفرعي الأول وهو" قد توجد علاقه ذات دلاله إحصائيه بين إستخدام نموذج الترکيز على العضو في طريقه العمل مع الجماعات والحد من أشکال التنمر الإلکترونى لطلاب المرحلة الإعدادية .
      ب‌-      أثبتت الدراسه على صحه الفرض الفرعي الثانى وهو" قد توجد علاقه ذات دلاله إحصائيه بين إستخدام نموذج الترکيز على العضو في طريقه العمل مع الجماعات وتحديد واقع أسباب التنمر الإلکترونى لطلاب المرحلة الإعدادية .
      ت‌-      أثبتت الدراسه على صحه الفرض الفرعي الثالث وهو" قد توجد علاقه ذات دلاله إحصائيه بين إستخدام نموذج الترکيز على العضو في طريقه العمل مع الجماعات والحد من مخاطر التنمر الإلکترونى لطلاب المرحلة الإعدادية .
                 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Firstly: Study problem:
      Cyber bullying has become a serious threat among Middle School Students, so school programs and activities must be developed that counter the culture of Cyber bullying, especially in light of the increasing numbers of users of electronic social communication and the consequent emergence of new behaviors associated with the use of these sites, so there is an urgent and necessary need to develop ethical rules to control This bullying behavior not to mention spreading a culture of tolerance, non-violence, and respecting the rights of others, let the human rights education slogan not human rights education.
     This research came to aim at how to maximize the benefit from the person-centered model in social group work and facing Cyber bullying among prep students, especially as this model can be based on its conceptual framework in self-realization and developing the capabilities of members to solve their problems in the context of not being condemned or Empathy for it and the development of correct behaviors and practices through which bullying behavior can be faced in its various forms, causes and risks.
Secondly: The study concepts:
    A- The person Centered model.                                  B- Cyberbullying.
Thirdly: Methodological procedures:
        This study belongs according to its objectives, the pattern of quasi-experimental studies, and in line with the type of study, the researcher used the experimental approach, using the post-tribal experience for one experimental group, and this was measured prior to the dependent variable before the introduction of the experimental variable is a professional intervention program using The person Centered model in social group work and then conducting a dimensional measurement of the dependent variable. The tool was represented in the Cyber bullying scale for prep students, which was prepared by the researcher. It represents the spatial field in Al Zaini Multistage School in Beheira Governorate and represents the human field In the number of 21 students.
Fourthly: Study Results:
A- The study demonstrated the validity of the first sub-hypothesis, which is “there may be a statistically significant relationship between using The person Centered model in social group work and limiting forms of Cyber bullying for prep students.
B - The study proved the validity of the second sub-hypothesis, which is "There may be a statistically significant relationship between using The person Centered model in social group work and determining the reality of the causes of Cyber bullying for prep students.
C- The study demonstrated the validity of the third sub-hypothesis, which is that “there may be a statistically significant relationship between using the person Centered model in social group work and reducing the risks of Cyber bullying for prep students.
