إتجاهات الطلاب نحو إستخدام التکنولوجيا في تعليم الخدمة الإجتماعية في ظل جائحة کورونا

ملخص الدراسة
استهدفت الدراسة تحديد اتجاهات الطلاب نحو استخدام التکنولوجيا في تعليم الخدمة الاجتماعية في ظل جائحة کورونا, وکانت تساؤلات الدراسة ما هي درجة الاستفادة من الطرق التکنولوجية في تعليم الخدمة الاجتماعية في ظل جائحة کورونا؟ وما هي طرق إستخدام التکنولوجيا في تعليم الخدمة الاجتماعية في ظل جائحة کورونا؟ وما هي درجة تحصيل الطلاب بإستخدام التکنولوجيا في تعليم الخدمة الاجتماعية في ظل جائحة کورونا؟ وما هي وسائل تطوير تعليم الخدمة الاجتماعية باستخدام التکنولوجيا؟ ونوع الدراسة وصفية لانها تصف وتقرر وتحدد اتجاهات الطلاب نحو استخدام التکنولوجيا في تعليم الخدمة الاجتماعية في ظل جائحة کورونا, ومنهج الدراسة هو منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة لطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية في مرحلة البکالوريوس للعام الدراسي 2019/2020 الفصل الدراسي الثاني، وکانت الادوات البحثية استمارة استبيان الکترونية عن طريق جوجل درايف لجمع البيانات من الطلاب وذلک من خلال الجروبات الدراسية التي تم تنفيذها عقب بدأ تنفيذ الاجراءات الاحترازية لجائحة کورونا, وتوصلت الدراسة الي أن عينة الدراسة لديهم اتجاهات مؤيدة نحو استخدام التکنولوجيا في تعليم الخدمة الاجتماعية في ظل جائحة کورونا بل بعض الاراء تطلب استمرارها بعد الانتهاء من جائحة کورونا ان شاء الله.
کما توصلت الدراسة الي أن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون بشدة على أهمية استخدام التکنولوجيا في تعليم الخدمة الاجتماعية, وموافقون بشدة على المهارات التي ينبغي توافرها لدى الأستاذ الجامعي للاستفادة من التکنولوجيا في تعليم الخدمة الاجتماعية، کما أن افراد عينة الدراسة موافقون بشدة على محور التحصيل الدراسي من استخدام التکنولوجيا في تعليم الخدمة الاجتماعية, وحددت الدراسة المعوقات التي تواجه الطلاب اثناء استخدام التکنولوجيا في تعليم الخدمة الاجتماعية, کما وضحت نتائج الدراسة أن افراد عينة الدراسة موافقون بشدة على المقترحات ووسائل تطوير استخدام التکنولوجيا في تعليم الخدمة الاجتماعية.

Abstract
The study aimed to determine students ’trends towards using technology in social service education in light of the Corona pandemic, and the study’s questions were: What is the degree of use of technological methods in teaching social service in light of the Corona pandemic? What are the ways to use technology in social work education in light of the Corona pandemic? What is the degree of student achievement by using technology in social work education in light of the Corona pandemic? What are the means of developing social work education using technology? The type of study is descriptive because it describes, decides and identifies students' attitudes towards the use of technology in teaching social work in light of the Corona pandemic, and the curriculum of the study is the curriculum of the social sample survey for students of social service in the undergraduate level for the academic year 2019/2020 the second semester, and the research tools were an electronic questionnaire form about Google Drive way to collect data from students through study trials that were implemented after the implementation of precautionary measures for the Corona pandemic began, and the study concluded that the study sample had trends in favor of using technology in social service education in light of the Corona pandemic, but some opinions request that it continue after completion From the Corona pandemic, God willing.
The study also found that the study sample individuals strongly agree on the importance of using technology in social work education, and they strongly agree on the skills that should be available to a university professor to benefit from technology in teaching social service, and that the study sample members strongly agree with the academic achievement axis of using Technology in social service education, and the study identified the obstacles that students face while using technology in social service education. The results of the study also indicated that the study sample individuals strongly agree with the proposals and means of developing the use of technology in social service education.
