الملخص:
     في ظل التوجه العالمي نحو اقتصاديات المعرفة التي تعتمد بشکل أساسي على التقنيات الحديثة في استخدام المعرفة لرفع الرفاه الاجتماعي واستثمار الموارد الاقتصادية المختلفة بشکل علمي وعقلاني، أصبحت الإدارة الرقمية وسيلة بقاء وأداة لا يمکن الاستغناء عنها في عالم مفتوح على عنصر التغير والابتکار والابداع والتنافسية، التي تعد بمثابة معايير تعکس مستوى الأداء والنمو للمنظمات حکومية أو غير حکومية والمؤسسات الکبيرة الحجم والمتوسطة والصغيرة. وقد ساعدت التطورات السريعة في تطبيقات تکنولوجيا المعلومات على تنامي القدرات المؤسسية في مجال الرقمنة، ولکن مازال هناک ضعف في التحول الرقمي للمنظمات غير الحکومية. ويمکن أن يبدأ التحول الرقمي من خلال بناء استراتيجية رقمية وإجراء تحسين على الوضع الراهن. وقد استهدفت الدراسة الحالية رصد مدى إمکانية تطبيق التحول الرقمي بالمنظمات غير الحکومية من خلال قياس الإمکانيات الرقمية الحالية ومدى توافر متطلبات التحول الرقمي، والمعوقات التي تعرقل التحول الرقمي، والمقترحات التي تساعد على تطبيق التحول الرقمي وتذليل المعوقات بالمنظمات غير الحکومية في ظل وجود إدارة التغيير للتحول الرقمي بالمنظمة کمتطلب رئيسي. وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة توافر متطلبات تحقيق التحول الرقمي بالمنظمات غير الحکومية جاءت بالترتيب الأول المتطلبات البشرية متوفرة بدرجة متوسطة، يليها (البنية التحتية، والصيانة والمعلومات، والمتطلبات المالية، والمتطلبات الإدارية) جاءت متوفرة بالمنظمات بدرجة منخفضة. وجاءت معوقات تحقيق التحول الرقمي بالمنظمات غير الحکومية بالترتيب الأول المعوقات الاقتصادية والمعوقات الإدارية بدرجة کبيرة، بينما المعوقات الاجتماعية بدرجة متوسطة. واختتمت الدراسة برؤية تحليلية حول إمکانية تطبيق التحول الرقمي بالمنظمات غير الحکومية المصرية في ضوء نموذج (swot) في ضوء نتائج الدراسة الراهنة.

Analytical vision of the application potential of digital transformation in NGOs "A study from the perspective of community organization method"
Abstract:
 In light of the global trend towards knowledge economies that mainly rely on modern technologies in using knowledge to raise social welfare and invest various economic resources in a scientific and rational manner. Digital management has become a means of survival and an indispensable tool in an open world on the element of change, innovation, creativity and competitiveness, which considered as criteria that reflect the level of performance and growth of governmental or non-governmental organizations, large-sized, medium-sized and small Institutions. Rapid developments in information technology applications have helped to grow institutional capacities in the field of digitization, but there is still a weakness in the digital transformation of NGOs.
Digital transformation can begin with building a digital strategy and making an improvement on the status quo. The current study aimed to monitor the extent to which the digital transformation can be applied in non-governmental organizations by measuring the current digital capabilities and the availability of digital transformation requirements, the obstacles that impede the digital transformation, and the proposals that help to implement digital transformation and overcome the obstacles in non-governmental organizations. In light of the existence of change management for digital transformation Organization as a major requirement. The results of the study concluded that the degree of availability of requirements for achieving digital transformation in non-governmental organizations came in the first order, human requirements are available in a medium degree, followed by (infrastructure, maintenance and information, financial requirements, and administrative requirements) were available in organizations at a low level. The obstacles to achieving digital transformation in non-governmental organizations came first, with economic and administrative obstacles to a large degree, while social obstacles to a moderate degree. The study concluded with an analytical vision of the application potential of digital transformation in Egyptian NGOs in light of the (SWOT) model, in view of the results of the current study.
