الملخص:
يأتي هذا البحث لتسليط الضوء حول إمکانية تطبيق نموذج التميز الأوربي EFQM في تقييم ممارسات التميز المؤسسي بالمنظمات غير الربحية (حالة المؤسسات الاجتماعية للمحرومين من الرعاية الأسرية). وذلک کون المنظمات غير الربحية (المنظمات غير الحکومية) اليوم من أهم المنظمات الرعائية والتنموية لاهتمامها بتقديم الخدمات واحداث التغير والتنمية في المجتمع، والممارسة المباشرة للخدمة الاجتماعية مع المجتمعات.
ومن خلال النتائج المتحققة للبحث جاء مستوى إدارة التميز المؤسسي بالمنظمات غير الربحية (حالة المؤسسات الاجتماعية للمحرومين من الرعاية الاسرية) مجتمع الدراسة مرتفع لحد ما بمتوسط قدره 3.99 بنسبة 79.8% من وجهة نظر القيادات التنفيذية، وبمتوسط قدره 3.5 بنسبة 70% من وجهة نظر العاملين. ومن خلال النتائج النهائية لتقييم الممکنات من وجهة نظر القيادات التنفيذية، جاء معيار العمليات بنسبة 82.8%، يليه معيار القيادة بنسبة 82.6% ويليه تنازليا معيار الموارد البشرية، والعلاقات والموارد، والسياسات والاستراتيجية. في حين قد جاءت النتائج النهائية لتقييم الممکنات من وجهة نظر العاملين، جاء معيار العلاقات والموارد بنسبة 76.2%، يليه معيار العمليات بنسبة 73%، ويليه تنازليا معيار القيادة، والموارد البشرية، والسياسات والاستراتيجية. أما فيما يخص تقييم النتائج من وجهة نظر القيادات التنفيذية جاء معيار العملاء بنسبة 81%، يليه معيار النتائج للأداء الکلي للمنظمة بنسبة 79%، ويليه تنازليا معيار النتائج للأفراد، والنتائج للمجتمع. في حين قد جاء تقييم النتائج من وجهة نظر العاملين، جاء معيار النتائج للأداء الکلي وذلک بتحقيقه بنسبة 78.6%، يليه معيار النتائج للعملاء بتحقيقه بنسبة 72.8%، ويليه تنازليا معيار النتائج للمجتمع، والنتائج للأفراد. کما ظهرت علاقات ارتباطية بين الممکنات والنتائج لإدارة التميز بالمنظمات مجتمع الدراسة.

Assessing the Institutional Excellence Practices of Non-profit Organizations using the European Excellence Model (EFQM) "study from the perspective of Community Organization Method"
Abstract:
This research comes to shed light on the possibility of applying the European Excellence Model EFQM in assessing the practices of institutional excellence in non-profit organizations (the case of social institutions for those deprived of family care). This is because non-profit organizations (non-governmental organizations) today are the most important in providing services, bringing change, community development, and the direct practice of social work with communities.
Through the results achieved of the research, the level of institutional excellence management in non-profit organizations (the case of social institutions for those deprived of family care) came high with a mean 3.99 by 79.8% from executive leaders' responses, and a mean 3.5 by 70% from the employees' responses. That the results of evaluating enablers from executive leaders' responses, the processes' standard came in at 82.8%, followed by the leadership' standard with 82.6%, followed in descending order by the standards of (people, partnerships and resources, strategy). While the results of assessing enablers came from the employees' responses, partnerships and resources' standard came in at 76.2%, followed by the processes' standard by 73%, followed in descending order by leadership, people, and strategy. As for the evaluation of results from executive leaders' responses: results for client's by 81%, followed by results for organization by 79%, followed in descending order by the results for people and community. While the evaluation of results came from the employees' responses, results for organization by 78.6%, results for clients by 72.8%, followed by results for community and individuals. Moreover, correlational relationships appeared between the enablers and results of Excellence Management in the study community organizations.
