الملخص:
انطلاقا من الاهتمام المتزايد للمملکة العربية السعودية بالعمل التطوعي وتطويره لتحقيق التنمية المنشودة، وأهمية تحديد الکفاءات اللازمة للعمل التطوعي کرکيزة أساسية في تطويره. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد المعارف والمهارات اللازمة للعمل التطوعي المعاصر، وتحديد أولوياتها للمتطوعين والقائمين على إدارة العمل التطوعي بمنطقة القصيم بالمملکة العربية السعودية. بالإضافة إلى تقديم مقترحات لمقابلتها.
هذه الدراسة وصفية، واعتمدت على منهج المسح الاجتماعي عن طريق العينة. وتم استخدام الطرق الکمية والکيفية، حيث تم استخدم الاستبيان الإلکتروني في جمع البيانات من القائمين على إدارة العمل التطوعي والمتطوعين بمنطقة القصيم، بالإضافة إلى استخدام المقابلات المفتوحة مع الخبراء(ن=10). تم ارسال الاستبيان الإلکتروني عن طريق جمعية تطوير ببريدة، وبلغت الردود على الاستبيان: (76) للقائمين على العمل التطوعي، و(81) للمتطوعين.
حددت الدراسة قائمة للمعارف والمهارات اللازمة للعمل التطوعي المعاصر. أوضحت النتائج أولويات المعارف والمهارات للمتطوعين والقائمين على إدارة العمل التطوعي بمنطقة القصيم. کما أوضحت النتائج مدى اختلاف هذه الأولويات وفقا لبعض خصائص عينة الدراسة. وتم تقديم مقترحات لمقابلة هذه الأولويات، بالإضافة إلى قضايا لبحوث مستقبلية في هذا المجال.

Priorities of Knowledge and Skills Needed for Contemporary  Volunteer Work
An Applied Study in the Qassim Region, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
 
Abstract:
Based on the increasing interest of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in volunteer work and its development to achieve the desired development and the importance of identifying the required competencies for volunteer work as a fundamental pillar in its development. This study aimed to determine the knowledge and skills needed for contemporary volunteer work and to identify their priorities for volunteers and those responsible for managing volunteer work in the Qassim region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In addition to offering proposals for their meeting.
This study is descriptive, and it depends on the method of the social survey through the sample. Both quantitative and qualitative methods were used, where an electronic questionnaire was used to collect data from those responsible for managing volunteer work and volunteers in Al-Qassim Region, in addition to using open interviews with experts (n = 10). The electronic questionnaires were sent by the Tatweer Association in Buraidah, and the responses to the questionnaire were : (76) for those responsible for managing volunteer work, and (81) for the volunteers.
The study identified a list of knowledge and skills needed for contemporary volunteer work. The results showed the priorities of knowledge and skills of volunteers and those responsible for managing volunteer work in the Qassim region. Also, the results showed the extent to which these priorities differ according to some characteristics of the study sample. Suggestions have been offered to meet these priorities, in addition to issues for future research in this area.
