رکائز السياسة الاجتماعية ومواجهة مشکلات المسنين في مصر

يعاني المسنون أو کبار السن من مشکلات عديدة ومتنوعة ، يرجع ذلک لعوامل عديدة علي رأسها کونهم يمرون بمرحلة عمرية تتسم بکبر السن واعتلال الصحة وضعف بعض القدرات والخروج علي المعاش... وهذا يتطلب من کافة المهن ومنهم مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية أن تساعد هذه الفئة علي اشباع حاجاتهم وحل مشکلاتهم وخاصة الاجتماعية.
وهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد المشکلات (الاجتماعية ـ الصحية ـ الاقتصادية ـ النفسية ـ الترويحية) التي تواجه المسنين في المجتمع المصري، والتعرف على دور الرکائز السياسة الاجتماعية (الشرائع السماوية ، الدستور والتشريعات والقوانين ، والمواثيق والاتفاقيات الدولية ، والمؤشرات التخطيطية) فى مواجهة مشکلات المسنين.
والدراسة تعتبر من نمط الدراسات الوصفية / التحليلية. واستفادت الدراسة من منهج المسح الاجتماعي. وتم جمع البيانات المطلوبة بواسطة استمارة استبيان تم تطبيقها علي عينة عمدية حجمها 57 من المسنين المترددين على نادي الصفا لرعاية المسنين بمدينة کفر الشيخ.
وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من المؤشرات التخطيطية التي يمکن أن تساهم في مواجهة مشکلات المسنين في ضوء رکائز السياسة الاجتماعية في المجتمع المصري.

Pillars / Foundations of social policy and facing the problems of the elderly in Egypt

Abstract
Elderly people suffer from many and varied problems, due to many factors, on top of which they are going through an age period characterized by old age, poor health, weak some abilities, and leaving work ... and this requires all professions, including the social work profession, to help this group to satisfy their needs. and solve their problems, especially the social needs and the social problems.
The present study aimed to identify the problems (social, health, economic, psychological, and recreational) facing the elderly in the Egyptian society, and to identify the role of the pillars or foundations of social policy (divine laws , the constitution, legislations and laws, international charters and agreements, and planning indicators) in facing the problems of the elderly.
The study was considered a descriptive / analytical type of studies. The study benefited from the social survey method. The required data were collected through a questionnaire form that was applied to a non-random sample of 57 elderly people visiting the Al-Safa Elderly Care Club in Kafr El-Sheikh.
The study presented a set of planning indicators that could contribute to facing the problems of the elderly in light of the social policy pillars or foundations in the Egyptian society.
