الأندية الطلابية کآلية لبناء قدرت الشباب الجامعي

الملخص :
استهدفت الدراسة تحديد دور الأندية الطلابية بجامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل في بناء قدرات الطالبات بکلية الآداب للبنات بمجمع الريان وتحديد الصعوبات التي تحول دون الاستفادة من هذه الأندية ، واستخدمت الدراسة منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للطالبات المنتسبات للأندية العامة مثل نادي ( النورين – ديم للتدريب والتطوع – المسرح – الخطابة والإلقاء ) بکلية الآداب بأقسامها المختلفة ، والتي بلغت ( 118 ) مفردة ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى إسهامات الأندية الطلابية في بناء قدرت الشباب الجامعي مرتفعاً ، کما أنه توجد علاقة طردية دالة إحصائياً بين مشارکة الشباب الجامعي في البرامج والأنشطة التي تقدمها الأندية الطلابية وبناء قدراتهن ". وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعه من الآليات التخطيطية التي تسهم في زيادة تفعيل دور الأندية في بناء قدرات الطالبات.

Abstract:
 
The study aimed to determine the role of student clubs at Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University in building the capabilities of female students in the College of Arts for Girls in Al-Rayyan Complex and to identify the difficulties that prevent them from benefiting from these clubs. The study used a comprehensive social survey approach for female students affiliated with public clubs (Al-Nurain Club - Deem Club for Training and Volunteering - Theater Club - Oratory and Recording Club) at the Faculty of Arts with its various departments, Which amounted to (118) single, and the study found that the level of student clubs ’contributions to building the university youth’s capacity is high, and there is also a statistically significant positive relationship between university youth’s participation in the programs and activities provided by student clubs and building their capabilities. Planning that contributes to increasing the activation of the role of clubs in building the capabilities of female students.
