تقويم جهود الجمعيات الأهلية في تحسين مستوي المعيشة للعمالة غير المنتظمة

الملخص :
في ضوء المتغیرات التي مر بها العالم، منذ ظهور فیروس کورونا "کوفید ١٩ " وانتشاره بین جمیع الدول، کشفت هذه الأزمة الظروف المعیشیة المتدهورة للقطاع غیر الرسمى بکامله بدءاً من الفقر والبطالة والاعتماد على المساعدات الفردیة، وصولاً إلى التکلفة الباهظة للحصول على الخدمات الصحیة وإنعدام الحمایة القانونیة، ولهذا زاد الاهتمام بدعم العمالة غير المنتظمة فى صرف منح مادية ومساعدات عينية وطبية للعمالة غير المنتظمة وأسرهم سعياً لتجاوز تلک الازمة المجتمعية ذات الابعاد الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والصحية الصعبة وعليه فتحسين مستوي المعيشة للعمالة غير المنتظمة يتطلب تکامل الجهود بين المنظمات الحکومية والجمعيات الأهلية في تحسين مستوي المعيشة  للعمالة غير المنتظمة ، لذا هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلي قياس مستوي کفاءة وفعالية جهود الجمعيات الأهلية في تحسين مستوي المعيشة للعمالة غير المنتظمة ، وأهم نتائجها أن مستوي کفاءة وفعالية جهود الجمعيات الأهلية في تحسين مستوي المعيشة للعمالة غير المنتظمة کما يحددها المسئولين والمستفيدين متوسط .

Abstract : In light of the changes that the world has gone through, since the emergence of the Corona virus "Covid 19" and its spread among all countries, this crisis revealed deteriorating living conditions for the entire informal sector, starting from poverty, unemployment and dependence on individual aid, to the high cost of obtaining health services and lack of protection. This is why there has been an increase in the interest in supporting informal employment in the disbursement of material grants and in-kind and medical aid for irregular workers and their families in an effort to overcome this societal crisis with difficult social, economic and health dimensions. Therefore, improving the standard of living for informal workers requires the integration of efforts between governmental organizations and civil societies in improving the standard of living. For irregular employment, herefore, the current study aimed to measure the level of efficiency and effectiveness of NGOs efforts in improving the standard of living for informal workers, and the most important result of which is that the level of efficiency and effectiveness of NGOs efforts in improving the standard of living for informal workers as determined by officials and beneficiaries is average.
