بيت الذکاة والصدقات المصري وتحسين نوعية حياة الفقراء بالمجتمع الريفي

الملخص:
تأتي مشکلة الفقر في مقدمة المشاکل التي تقف أمام طريق التنمية المستدامة  ويشکل الفقر وما يرتبط به خطرا على الاستقرار الاجتماعي والأمني داخل الدولة، وتعمل الحکومة والمؤسسات المجتمعية إلى تحسين نوعية حياة المواطنين بما يشمل توفير الضروريات من الغذاء والعلاج والتعليم والأمن، من خلال وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي، وغيرها من الجهات التي تدعمها الدولة لتحقيق التکافل والحد من الفقر،.ولما کان بيت الزکاة والصدقات المصري أحد مؤسسات المجتمع فانه لم يغفل ذلک الدور الرئيسي الذي انشأ من أجله وهو تحسين نوعية حياة الفقراء من خلال الزکاة والصدقات لذاتحددت مشکلة الدراسة في ( إسهامات بيت الزکاة والصدقات المصري في تحسين نوعية حياة الفقراء بالمجتمع الريفي). وهدفت  الدراسة إلى تحديد دور بيت الزکاة والصدقات المصري في تحسين نوعية حياة الفقراء بالمجتمع الريفي.
نوع الدراسة ومنهحها: تعد هذة الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفيه التحليلية, مستخدمه منهج المسح الاجتماعى للفقراء المستفدين من بيت الزکاة والصدقات المصري بقرى مرکزى الفتح وأبنوب بمحافظة أسيوط.
أدوات الدراسة: استمارة إستبيار: المستفدين من بيت الزکاة والصدقات المصري بقرى مرکزى الفتح وأبنوب بمحافظة أسيو وبلغ عددهم (234) عضوا,أوضحت نتائج الدراسة صحة الفرض الأول وعدم صحة الفرض الثانى للدراسة.

Abstract:
The problem of poverty comes at the forefront of the problems facing welfare and social care, the start of social participation, within local governments, and the start of social life, including the provision of education and social care, and other entities supported by the state to achieve solidarity and reduce poverty. The Egyptians are the institutions of society, as he did not overlook the main role that was established for him and his treatment and the Egyptian alms in improving the quality of life of the poor in society).
The study aimed to determine the role of the Egyptian House of Zakat and Charities in improving the quality of life of the poor in the rural community
 Study type and method: This study is a descriptive analytical study, using the social survey method for the poor beneficiaries of the Egyptian House of Zakat and Charity in the villages of Markazi Al-Fath and Abnoub in Assiut Governorate.
Study tools: A questionnaire: the beneficiaries of the Egyptian House of Zakat and Charities in the villages of Al-Fath and Abnoub Centers in Asio Governorate, and their number was (234) members. The results of the study showed the validity of the first hypothesis and the invalidity of the second hypothesis of the study.
