متطلبات تحسين خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية بمؤسسات رعاية الأيتام

ملخص الدراسة:
استهدفت الدراسة تحديد خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية المقدمة للأيتام بمؤسسات رعاية الأيتام ، وکذلک تحديد متطلبات تحسين خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية بمؤسسات رعاية الأيتام ، وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلي الدراسات الوصفية ، وقد استخدمت منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للمسئولون وبلغ عددهم (31) مفردة ، والمسح الاجتماعي الشامل للأيتام  وبلغ عددهم (100) مفردة ، وقد طبقت الباحثة استمارة استبيان للمسئولون ، واستمارة استبيان للأيتام ، وقد أثبتت الدراسة أن ترتيب الخدمات التي تقدمها مؤسسات رعاية الأيتام کما يحددها الأيتام تتمثل في الخدمات التعليمية ثم الخدمات الاجتماعية ، وأخيراً الخدمات الترويحية ، بينما جاء الترتيب من وجهه نظر المسئولون الخدمات الاجتماعية ،الخدمات التعليمية ،وأخيراً الخدمات الصحية . کما أثبتت نتائج الدراسة أن ترتيب متطلبات تحسين خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية بمؤسسات رعاية الأيتام کما يحددها المسئولون تمثل في المتطلبات البشرية ، متطلبات التحسين المستمر للخدمات المقدمة للأيتام، وأخيراً المتطلبات المعلوماتية والتکنولوجية.

ABSTRACT:
The study aimed at determining the social Welfare services provided to orphans in orphan care institutions, as well as determining the requirements for improving social Welfare services in orphan care institutions, and this study belongs to descriptive studies. It has used a method of a comprehensive social survey to officials whose number is  (31) persons , and a comprehensive social survey to orphans whose number is (100) single, and the researcher applied a questionnaire form for officials and a questionnaire form for orphans, and the study proved that the order of services provided by orphan care institutions as defined by orphans are educational services, then social services, and finally, recreational services, while the arrangement came from the officials ’point of view. Social services , educational services, and finally health services. The results of the study also proved that arranging the requirements for improving social care services in orphan care institutions as determined by the officials represented in the human requirements, the requirements for continuous improvement of the services provided to orphans, and finally the informational and technological requirements.
