" المهارات اللازمة لمشرفي برلمان الشباب لتأهيل القيادات الشبابية"

الملخص
      القيادات الشبابية هم الفئة الشبابية الأکثر تأثيراً و أهمية باعتبار أن تلک القيادات هي المدخل الرئيسي للتأثير في الشباب وتوجيههم نحو المشارکة المجتمعية في تنمية مجتمعهم وبالتالي استثمار القيادات الشبابية کأداة فعالة کمشارکين ومفعلين للمشارکة المجتمعة في المجتمع ، ومهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية من المهن التي تساهم في إعداد جيل من الکوادر الشبابية القادرة علي تحمل المسئولية من خلال العمل الاجتماعي المشترک.
      لهذا هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلي تحديد : المهارات اللازمة لمشرفي برلمان الشباب لتأهيل القيادات الشبابية في ضوء ، المهارات المهنية، المهارات الإدارية ، المهارات الحياتية ،  وتضمنت عدة مفاهيم أساسية (مفهوم المهارات ، ومفهوم برلمان الشباب ، ومفهوم مشرف برلمان الشباب، ومفهوم القيادات الشبابية). وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلي نمط الدراسات الوصفية ، واستخدمت المنهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل لجميع الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمراکز الشباب بمحافظة الفيوم والقاهرة والجيزة ، وتم تطبيق الدراسة علي مراکز الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة الفيوم والقاهرة والجيزة ، من خلال حصر المجتمع الکلي للدراسة الحالية أثناء فترة جمع البيانات وعددهم (30) مفردة.
     وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة کما حددها استمارة الاستبيان أن أکثر العبارات المرتبطة بالمهارات اللازمة لمشرفي برلمان الشباب لتأهيل القيادات الشبابية هي المهارات الإدارية جات في الترتيب الأول ، ثم المهارات الحياتية في الترتيب الثاني ، ثم المهارات المهنية في الترتيب الأخير ، وتوصي الدراسة بزيادة الاهتمام بالأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في اکتساب الدورات التدريبة الخاصة بمجال برلمان الشباب والعمل علي الاطلاع علي کل ما هو جديد في برلمان الشباب وإعداد مشرف برلمان معد نظرياً وعلمياً للکيفية التعامل والتأهيل القيادات الشبابية.  
 
 
 
 
 
Abstract
Youth leaders are the youth category The most influential and important, given that these leaderships are the main entry point for influencing youth and directing them towards community participation In developing their society and thus investing youth leaders as an effective tool as participants and operators of community participation in society, and the profession of social work is one of the professions that contribute to preparing a generation of youth cadres capable of taking responsibility through joint social action . That is why the current study aimed to define: the skills necessary for supervisors of the Youth Parliament to qualify youth leaders in light of, professional skills, administrative skills, life skills, and included several basic concepts (The concept of skills, The concept of youth parliament, The concept of the youth parliament supervisor, and The concept of youth leaders. According to the style of descriptive studies, the methodology used a comprehensive social survey for all specialists Social workers in youth centers in Fayoum, Cairo and Giza, and the study was applied to youth and sports centers in Fayoum, Cairo and Giza governorates, by counting the total community of the current study during the data collection period and their number (30) individual, and the results of the study as determined by the questionnaire form that most of the phrases related to the necessary skills For supervisors of the Youth Parliament to qualify youth leaders, administrative skills are ranked first, then skills Life is in the second order, then professional skills in the last order, and the study recommends increasing interest in social workers in acquiring training courses in the field of youth parliament and working on getting acquainted with everything new in the youth parliament and preparing a parliamentary supervisor who is prepared theoretical and scientific for how to deal and qualify youth leaders.
