متطلبات توظيف التعلم الرقمى في التدريب الميدانى لطلاب الخدمة الإجتماعية
أولاً:  مشکلة الدراسة
يعد تعليم الخدمة الاجتماعية بوضعه الحالى لايؤدى إلى إعداد أخصائى اجتماعى کفء، حيث أن هناک قصور فى المحتوى التدريبى الذى يحد من إکساب المهارات المهنية، کما أن برامج التدريب ضعيفة الفعالية نظراً لعدم تجديدها ووضوحها، مما يؤدى إلى عدم قدرة الطالب على الممارسة الفعلية، لأن العملية التعليمية تقف عند حد إمداد الطلاب بالمعلومات فقط، مما يدعو إلى ضرورة الاهتمام بالتدريب الميدانى للمهنة لأنه أساس إکساب طلاب الخدمة الإجتماعية الخبرات والمهارات والأخلاقيات اللازمة لإعدادهم کأخصائيين إجتماعيين مؤهلين في کافة مجالات الحياة وذلک بإستخدام الطرائق الرقمية الحديثة.
فتعليم الخدمة الإجتماعية لا يقتصر علي التدريس النظري لطرائق المهنة فقط بل کذلک برامج التدريب التي تتضمن مجموعة من الاجراءات التي تصمم لمساعدة المتدربين علي اکتساب المعرفة والمهارات وإلاتجاهات الضرورية لتطوير أدائهم المهنى من خلال الاتجاه نحو التعهلم الرقمى لطلاب الخدمة الإجتماعية.
ثانياً : مفاهيم الدراسة     المتطلبات  - التعلم الرقمى.
ثالثاً : الإجراءات المنهجية للدراسة:
     تنتمي هذه الدراسه وفقاً لأهدافها إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية لأنه من خلال هذا النوع من الدراسات يمکن الحصول على معلومات دقيقة تصور الواقع وتسهم في تحليل ظواهره، وهذا ما ينطوي علي البحث الراهن لتحديد المتطلبات الواجب توافرها لتوظيف التعلم الرقمي في التدريب الميداني لطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج العلمي باستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للمشرفين الأکاديميين للتدريب الميداني وعددهم (136) مفردة.
رابعاً : نتائج الدراسة:
    أ‌-          أکدت الدراسه على صحه الفرض الفرعي الأول وهو" توجد علاقة دالة إحصائياً بين بعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية للمشرفين الأکاديميين وتحديدهم للمتطلبات الواجب توافرها لتوظيف التعلم الرقمي في التدريب الميداني لطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية.
   ب‌-        أکدت الدراسه على صحه الفرض الفرعي الثانى وهو" توجد علاقة دالة إحصائياً بين بعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية للمشرفين الأکاديميين وتحديدهم للصعوبات التى تواجه توظيف التعلم الرقمي في التدريب الميداني لطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية.
   ت‌-        أکدت الدراسه على صحه الفرض الفرعي الثالث وهو" توجد علاقة دالة إحصائياً بين بعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية للمشرفين الأکاديميين وتحديدهم لمقترحات تفعيل توظيف التعلم الرقمي في التدريب الميداني لطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية. 
 
Research Summary
Requirements for Using Digital Learning in field Training for Students of Social Work
 
Firstly: Study problem:
      Social Work education in its current state is not conducive to preparing an efficient social worker, as there is a deficiency in the training content that limits the acquisition of vocational skills, and training programs are weak effective due to lack of renewal and clarity, which leads to the student's inability to practice effectively, because the process The education stands at the point of supplying students with information only, which calls for the need to pay attention to the field training for the profession because it is the basis for providing social Work students with the necessary expertise, skills and ethics to prepare them as qualified social workers in all areas of life by using modern digital methods.
      Social work education is not limited to theoretical teaching of the profession methods only, but also training programs that include a set of procedures that are designed to help the trainees acquire the knowledge, skills and directions necessary to develop their professional performance through the trend towards digital learning for social work students.

      According to its objectives, this study belongs to the pattern of descriptive studies because through this type of studies it is possible to obtain accurate information depicting reality and contribute to the analysis of its phenomena, and this involves current research to determine the requirements that must be met to employ digital learning in field training for students of social work, the study was approved On the scientific method using the method of a comprehensive social survey of academic supervisors for field training, and they are (136) samples.
Fourthly: Study Results:
A- The study confirmed the validity of the first sub-hypothesis, which is “there is a statistically significant relationship between some demographic variables for academic supervisors and their identification of the requirements that must be met to using digital learning in field training for students of social work.
B - The study confirmed the validity of the second sub-hypothesis, which is "there is a statistically significant relationship between some demographic variables for academic supervisors and their identification of the difficulties that face the using of digital learning in field training for students of social work."
C - The study confirmed the validity of the third sub-hypothesis, which is "There is a statistically significant relationship between some demographic variables for academic supervisors and their identification of proposals to activate the using of digital learning in field training for students of social work."
