متطلبات تطوير مقررات الخدمة الاجتماعية فى ضوء جودة نظام التعليم الجامعى الهجين

ملخص الدراسة :
إن التطويرعملية دينامكية وحقيقة وجودية تحولت بمرور الزمان إلى هدف تسعى إلى الوصول اليه جميع الشعوب والكيانات لكي تتمكن من اللحاق بركب التقدم المُعاش والمستقبل المنشود ، ويُعد التعليم الجامعي من أهم تلك الكيانات التي تأثرت بالتطورات المعاصرة ، لذلك فهو يسعى الآن إلى تطويرجميع عناصره ومكوناته لكي يتمكن من إعداد قوى بشريه قادرة على المنافسة . وتُعد مهنة  الخدمة الاجتماعية من أهم الكيانات التي استمدت فلسفة وجودها من فلسفة وجود البشرية والحفاظ عليها ، ولكي نتمكن من إعداد جيل من الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين االأكفاء القادرين على آداء رسالتهم في عصر يتسم بالمنافسة والتحدي يتعين تطوير مقررات الخدمة الاجتماعية بشكل يقدم إسهامات جادة لتحقيق تلك الأهداف المنشودة .
لذلك استهدفت الدراسة الراهنة تحديد " متطلبات تطوير مقررات الخدمة الاجتماعية فى ضوء معايير جودة المقررات فى نظام التعليم الجامعي الهجين  "، تنتمي إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية ، و المنهج الكمي  باستخدام  طريقة  المسح الاجتماعي الشامل لجميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية الخدمة الاجتماعية جامعة الفيوم ، وجاءت نتائج الدراسة لتعطي مؤشراً على أن  الاعتماد فى بناء محتوى مقررات الخدمة الاجتماعية وصياغة الأهداف التعليمية  وأساليب التدريس والتقويم فى ضو ء مؤشرات معايير جودة التعليم الجامعي الهجين يتم بدرجة متوسطة ،  كما جاءت الإستجابات حول متطلبات تطوير مقررات الخدمة الاجتماعية  بدرجة قوية وتمثلت بعض تلك  المتطلبات في يعتمد على الترابط والتكامل بين الأهداف التعليمية ونواتج التعلم الحالية والمستقبلية ، تطوير قدرات الطلاب على استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم  ، التمكن من توظيف استراتيجيات التعلم عن بُعد ودمج الأنشطة التكنولوجية التعليمية فى أنشطة المقرر ، توفير الدعم المادى والفني لإعداد مقررات جيدة وتطويرها .

  Study Summary:
Development is a dynamic process and an existential reality that, over time, has transformed into a goal pursued by all nations and entities to keep pace with ongoing progress and achieve a desired future. Higher education is one of the most significant entities influenced by contemporary developments. Therefore, it is now striving to enhance all its components to prepare a workforce capable of competing in the modern world. 
And the social work profession is considered, in particular, derives its philosophy from the very essence of human existence and the need to sustain and support it. To prepare a generation of competent social workers capable of fulfilling their mission in an era characterized by competition and challenges, it is essential to develop social work curricula in a way that makes meaningful contributions to achieving these desired objectives.
The current study aimed to identify the "requirements for developing social work curricula in light of quality standards for courses within the hybrid university education system". The study follows adescriptive-analytical approach and employs a quantitative methodology, using the comprehensive social survey method to include all faculty members of the Faculty of Social Work at Fayoum University. 
The findings indicate that the integration of quality indicators into the design of social work course content, the formulation of learning objectives, and the adoption of teaching and assessment methods is currently implemented at a moderate level. 
The responses regarding the requirements for developing social work curriculawere, at a high level highlighting several key aspects. These requirements include: 
Ensuring coherence and integration between educational objectives and both current and future learning outcomes ،Enhancing students' capabilities in utilizing educational technology effectively،Mastering the implementatio of distance learning strategiesand integrating technological educational activities into course activities ،   Providing financial and technical support to develop and continuously improve high-quality curricula.
