فعالية برنامج تدريبي قائم على ممارسة خدمة الفرد الجماعية لتنمية وعى طلاب التدريب الميداني بالمتطلبات المهنية لممارسة الخدمة الاجتماعية الإکلينيکية

هدفت الدراسة إلى اختبار فعالية برنامج تدريبي قائم على ممارسة خدمة الفرد الجماعية لتنمية وعى طلاب التدريب الميداني بالمتطلبات المهنية لممارسة الخدمة الاجتماعية الإکلينيکية ، طبق المقياس على طلبة وطالبات الفرقة الرابعة بالمعهد العالي للخدمة الاجتماعية ببنها للعام الجامعي2021- 2022 م ، على عدد (100) طالب وطالبة بطريقة عشوائية ، وتم اختيار العينة من الذين حصلوا على أقل الدرجات على مقياس (المتطلبات المهنية لممارسة الخدمة الاجتماعية الاکلينيکية)، وعددهم (20) طالب وطالبة، قوام کل منها (10) ذکور، (10) إناث، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسةأن هناک تأثير قوى للبرنامج التدريبي القائم على ممارسة خدمة الفرد الجماعية في تنمية وعى طلاب التدريب الميداني بالمتطلبات المهنية لممارسة الخدمة الاجتماعية الإکلينيکية؛ حيث بلغت نسبة الکسب المعدل لإجمالي المقياس (1.22)، وحجم تأثير قوي حيث بلغ (0.99).

The effectiveness of a training program based on the practice of collective social casework to develop the awareness of field training students about the professional requirements for practicing clinical social work
The current study aimed to test the effectiveness of a training program based on the practice of collective social casework to develop the awareness of field training students about the professional requirements for practicing clinical social work. The scale was applied to the students of the fourth year at the Higher Institute of Social Work in Benha for the academic year 2021- 2022 AD. In a random manner, the sample was chosen from those who got the lowest scores on the scale (professional requirements for practicing clinical social work), and they numbered (20) male and female students, each of whom consisted of (10) males, (10) females,The results of the study concluded that there was an effect Strengths of the training program based on the practice of collective social casework in developing the awareness of field training students of the professional requirements for practicing clinical social work. The adjusted gain ratio for the total scale was (1.22), and the effect size was strong (0.99).
