الضغوط الحياتية لدي الأباء الناتجة عن دعاوي الحجر من الأبناء ودور خدمة الفرد في مواجهتها

ملخص البحث:
لقد خلق الله سبحانه وتعالي الإنسان في احسن تقويم وجعل له عقلآ ميزة به عن سائر خلقه ، ولکنه سبحانه لم يجعل العقول في درجة واحدة من الکمال بل جعلها متفاوتة مختلفة ، فکان لابد من تفاوت الإنسان في تصرفاتهم تبعآ لاختلافهم في عقولهم وإدراکهم . ولذلک فقد عملت الدولة والشريعة الاسلامية القوانين الوضعية المنظمة لتصرفات الانسان بکل أشکالها وفي کل الظروف والاحوال التي يعيشها الانسان وفي مختلف مراحل حياته کلها . لذلک سلکت الشريعة الاسلامية من قبل الدولة قوانين لحفظ مال الانسان ومنها الحجر فالحجر يعد نظامأ شرعيا غايتة حماية الاموال ، هذا الحجر بالنظر إلي المصلحة المعتبرة فيه ينقسم غلي قسمين: 1- حجر لمصلحة المحجور عليه (کالحجر علي الصغير ، والجنون، والسفية وذي الغفلة)
2- وحجر لمصلحة الغير ( کالحجر علي المدين لمصلحة دائنه)
ولکن للأسف اليوم نعيش مرحلة زمنية تکثر فيه العقوق والجرائم ولکن الأزمة الحقيقية بعد ان فوضت فيها کثير من القيم من بينها احترام الصغير للکبير وعطف الکبير علي الصغير ، حتي تسربت هذه الأزمة إلي الاسر ترتب عليها عقوق الوالدين الذي تنوعت اشکاله والوانه کالضرب، والشتم، وايذائهم ، والتنکيل بهم ، وانکار حقوقهم احياء واموات.

Abstract:
God, Glory be to Him, has created man in the best alignment and made him a mind that is distinguished from the rest of his creation, but He, Glory be to Him, did not make intellects in one degree of perfection, but rather He made them vary in different ways, so it was necessary for man to vary in their behavior according to their differences in their intellects and perceptions. Therefore, the state and Islamic Sharia have made positive laws regulating human behavior in all its forms and in all circumstances and conditions in which man lives and in all different stages of his life. Therefore, Islamic Sharia by the state has adopted laws to preserve human money, including the stone. The stone is a legal system that aims to protect the money. This stone, in view of the interest considered in it, is divided into two parts: 1- A stone for the benefit of the interdicted (such as the stone on the young, the madness, the fool and the negligent) 2- A stone for the benefit of others (such as a stone for the debtor for the benefit of his creditor) Unfortunately, today we live in a period of time in which disobedience and crimes abound, but the real crisis after many values ​​were delegated in it, among them the respect of the young for the elder and the kindness of the elder for the young, until this crisis spilled into families, resulting in disobedience to parents, whose forms and colors varied, such as beating, cursing, and harming them. Abuse them, and deny their rights alive and dead.
