العوامل المرتبطة بمشکلة الصمت الإختياري لدى الأطفال وبرنامج مقترح لمواجهتها من منظور طريقة خدمة الفرد

ملخص البحث :
استهدفت الدراسة تحديد العوامل المرتبطة بمشکلة الصمت الاختياري لدى الأطفال بالمرحلة الابتدائية والتوصل لبرنامج مقترح لمواجهتها والتخفيف من حدتها من منظور طريقة خدمة الفرد,
اعتمدت الدراسة على نظرية الأنساق العامة کموجه نظري للدراسة لتفسير وتحليل العوامل المرتبطة بمشکلة الصمت الاختياري لدى الأطفال بالمرحلة الابتدائية ، وقد تحددت مفاهيم الدراسة في ثلاثة مفاهيم (مفهوم العوامل المرتبطة ، مفهوم المشکلة ، مفهوم الصمت الاختياري,),
تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية, بالاعتماد على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بطريقة العينة العمدية للأطفال ذوي الصمت الاختياري بمدارس المرحلة الإبتدائية بإدارة شربين التعليمية بمحافظة الدقهلية ، تحدد حجم العينة (32) طفل ، بتطبيق إستمارة العوامل المرتبطة بمشکلة الصمت الاختياري (من إعداد الباحث) ، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى تحديد العوامل المرتبطة بمشکلة الصمت الاختياري والتب تمثلت في (العوامل النفسية ، العوامل الأسرية ، العوامل المدرسية) ، وعدم وجود فروق معنوية دالة إحصائياً بين الذکور والإناث على إستمارة العوامل المرتبطة بمشکلة الصمت الاختياري ، ووضع برنامج مقترح لمواجهتها من منظور طريقة خدمة الفرد بالإعتماد على نموذج إنتقائي قائم على إستخدام أساليب علاجية مستمدة من أربعة نماذج علاجية هي (نموذج العلاج المعرفي السلوکي ، نموذج الترکيز على المهام ، العلاج الأسري ، العلاج القصصي)

Abstract :
The study aimed to identify the : related factors with the problem of selective mutism among children in the primary stage, and to arrive at a suggested to confront and reduce it from the perspective of the social casework method.
The study relied on the theory of general systems as a theoretical guide for the study to explain and analyze the f related factors with the problem of selective mutism among children in the primary stage. The study concepts were idefined in three concepts (the concept of related factors, the concept of the problem, the concept of selective mutism),
This study belongs to the type of descriptive-analytical studies, based on the social survey method by means of a deliberate sampling of children with selective mutism in primary schools in the Sherbeen Educational Administration in Dakahlia Governorate.
The study reached to identify the related factors with the problem of selective mutism and repentance represented in (psychological factors, family factors, school factors) , and the absence of statistically significant differences between males and females on the forms of related factors with the problem of selective mutism, and the development of a suggested program to confront it from the perspective of the social casework method based on a eclectic model based on the use of treatment techniques derived from four treatment models (the cognitive-behavioral therapy model, the task centered model, family therapy, narrative therapy)
