الملخص
استهدفت الدراسة تحديد مستوى استخدام التقنيات الحديثة في الکليات العملية بجامعة حلوان، تحديد مستوى جودة الخدمات التعليمية لطلاب الکليات العملية بجامعة حلوان، تحديد أکثر التقنيات الحديثة ارتباطاً بجودة الخدمات التعليمية لطلاب الکليات العملية بجامعة حلوان، تحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه استخدام التقنيات الحديثة في تحسين جودة الخدمات التعليمية لطلاب الکليات العملية بجامعة حلوان، وتعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية التي يمکن من خلالها الحصول علي معلومات دقيقة تصور الواقع وتشخصه وتسهم في تحليل ظواهره، واعتمدت على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة المتاحة، وتمثلت ادواتها في  استمارة استبيان الکتروني للطلاب حول استخدام التقنيات الحديثة وجودة الخدمات التعليمية لطلاب الکليات العملية وتوصلت نتائجها الى اثبات صحة فروض الدراسة، وانتهت بوضع آليات تخطيطية مقترحة لتفعيل استخدام التقنيات الحديثة وجودة الخدمات التعليمية لطلاب الکليات العملية بجامعة حلوان.

Summary
The use of modern technologies and the quality of educational services for students of practical faculties at Helwan University
The study aimed to determine the level of use of modern technologies in practical colleges at Helwan University, to determine the level of quality of educational services for students of practical colleges at Helwan University, to determine the most modern technologies related to the quality of educational services for students of practical colleges at Helwan University, to determine the difficulties facing the use of modern technologies in improving the quality of educational services. For students of practical faculties at Helwan University, this study is one of the descriptive studies through which it is possible to obtain accurate information that depicts and diagnoses reality and contributes to the analysis of its phenomena. Proving the validity of the study's hypotheses and ended with the development of proposed planning mechanisms to activate the use of modern technologies and the quality of educational services for students of practical colleges at Helwan University.
